i came here last weekend and it was a terrible experience. workers were very rude and disrespectful, even to the two elderly couples in front of me. the chocolate ice cream was completely liquid. after an older man asked if he was given a large ice cream, the worker looked at him with the snottiest look ever and replied “is there a problem?” then proceeded to look at her coworker and laugh in front of his face. if you’re looking to get ice cream in the englewood area, i recommend udf or jd custards right down the road. oh and the parking sucks!

My "hot fudge" Sunday did not have HOT fudge: ( everything else was also pretty underwhelming. My friend LOVES their spicy flamethrower burger but I hated it, so idk. Both of our stomachs were HORRIBLE after eating here iykwim. Maybe food poisoning. My friend says he always has stomach issues after eating here.

Usually not one to write reviews for stuff but I just went to this location for ice cream and when I was served the ice cream smelled and tasted extremely spoiled. I even mentioned it to the workers to which they responded “we just have a new manufacturer so it taste different” if this is what the ice cream is going to taste like from now on I no longer want to go to Dairy Queen. It was so disgusting.

It's our local DQ. They actually have tasty meals at reasonable prices. If course, there's always room for ice cream.Kid-friendliness: It's a great environment for children. It's clean and brightly colored. The staff is friendly. Plus they have booster chairs and high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and easy out.

I gave a 1 star because google wouldn’t let me leave less! What ice cream restaurant tells you we aren’t selling ice cream right now because it’s “too soft?” It’s Dec 19 in Ohio. Sit the ice cream outside this time of year, it will harden back up! They have been saying that for a year! This place is a joke! Save yourself time and money and stay home. Maybe they will shut down soon and get replaced with real owners that still value the Dairy Queen brand!

The girl in the speaker was not very clear saying "what ? " over and over .. you could hear the other workers in the background goofing off .. one said " oh my god i hate you " talking to the other employee ... Meanwhile the lady could NOT hear what I was saying. My order was wrong . We ordered 2 , #6's with american cheese .. ( we got exactly only cheese sadly no toppings 0f any kind ) we ordered a banana split with extra pineapples and some how got only pineapples ... and the peanutbutster job with extra peanuts and chocolate had very little peanuts and a lot of chocolate.. very bad proportions when there was supposed to be extra of both . Anyways I'm very dissatisfied with my service.. the food was fresh but all wrong . Did not get what I paid for.

I mean, it's a Dairy Queen; and with that in mind I would rate this place 4 stars. Certainly not my top favorite restaurant or anything, but it gets the job done when you want a quick bite to eat and a blizzard.They're quick and to the point here. No real complaints with my experiences here.

This is are go to place every time we're in the mood for a quick bite to eat and we especially can't forget the delicious ice cream.The employees are so polite and courteous.I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting good food and great service.

My blizzard was more the consistency of milk and the brownie peices were smaller than a grain of rice. The worker also cut us off before we even finished ordering the first item to ask if that would be all for us today. I've never had a problem at any other DQ so I didn't think I'd need to read the reviews but apparently I was wrong. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

For the past 2 plus months, every time my boyfriend and I have gone to this location we’re met with “our ice cream is very soft right now” but tonight we got “just to let you know our ice cream is basically liquid.” In my personal opinion it’s completely unacceptable to have this issue for SO long. As a fast food restaurant known for serving ice cream, I’d expect the machines to get fixed quickly but that clearly isn’t the case. Food is always good, but the ice cream issue is very aggravating.

This location used to be nice. I'm not sure if it happened once they started hiring only teenagers to run it, but it's absolutely awful now. The food is either under or over cooked, they never listen to your while your talking then wonder why the order is wrong. The floors and tables are dirty. I stopped coming for awhile but every now and then I'll try it to see if it's changed but half the time us girls will bring our kids after gymnastics & they say they have no ice cream. If I wanted to hear that I'd go to McDonald's. Good luck getting a blizzard they surly can't hand it to you upside down it's always like milk pouring out. You can't ask for a cone because they will even tell you "our ice cream is too soft right now" I've heard that multiple times with others ordering infront of me. I'll continue to drive by from now on, and head over to the one in Vandalia. Pretty sad because this one is 3 minutes from our house, and we now drive 15 minutes to get the correct ice cream and seevice DQ as always known for.

I had a plain vanilla ice cream cone that was so soft it was more like whipped cream. Not great. My wife had a mini blizzard that was melted across the top. I handed it back to the girl in the drive through. 1 minute later she handed me the same blizzard that was now 20% gone. Pretty sure she just dumped the top off. Bill was over $6. We won't go back.

Every time, never fails… they always say that the ice cream is too soft or runny to serve. Maybe get a new ice cream machine? Probably why they never serve the blizzards upside down like they are supposed to on the rare occasion you can get something “frozen” there.

Went there twice and unable to get correct order of blizzards. Managers either hang up on you or try to tell you that it was made correctly, the oreos were just hidden? And in reading the reviews, I can say that blizzards have been a bit soupy, come with a lid so they dont turn them over and management says the same response: they apologize and ask for your patronage again. Why would we visit a place where it is obvious having issues but nothing is being done about it. I do understand it is hard to find workers but there has to be a way to get better service and food.

I don’t know what it is about this particular Dairy Queen in particular, but the ice cream that you order in the drive-through and sometimes even inside is always freaking melting. It takes no time at all. They don’t do that whole tilt the ice cream upside down thing so that it doesn’t fall out and I can tell why because every single time I wear ice cream from this place it’s always Ronnie and already melting by the time they get it to you I have to drive all the way to the Vandalia location to get decent ice cream no idea what’s going on with this location maybe they need better machines or maybe they need better staff I don’t know what the deal is but I’m quite tired of it.

I have been coming here for 35 years. I keep saying I'm never coming back and this time was IT. Not only is the ice cream a joke, but the staff needs a good course in customer service. Saying "huh?" And "Whatchu say?" is not professional.8/10 times I hear "just to let you know, our ice cream is liquid"Tonight I ordered a banana split. I got maybe one scoop of melted ice cream and the rest whipped cream with the slightest bit of strawberry topping. $5.00 for that. Had I not had a line of cars waiting behind me I would have insisted that a "real" banana split be made.By the time I got home it was soup. I threw it away and went to UDF.If anyone thinks of going to this DQ, head on down the road to UDF.

I would just like to say as a consumer and a person who is concerned about the integrity of the staff working here. I’ve noticed that Daisy seems to have no respect for the establishment or customers, Daisy has targeted and discriminated a person i will not name due to privacy and has made fun of their mental health regardless of if this has gone on in your establishment I would not want to have this person represent your restaurant due to this event I will not be returning. This kind of behavior should be unacceptable and should not happen in or out of the work place.

Highly unimpressed with the quality of product provided at this location. This location has issues with ice cream being runny nearly every other time I visit. Blizzards are almost never turned upside down before being served, if they were the contents would likely pour right out. This has been a long ongoing issue since I’ve started to visit this location over a year ago.

We are big DQ fans. We go frequently. Lately the quality has gotten terrible. Most nights they don't have chocolate ice cream. The vanilla is always soupy. Tonight I ordered a chocolate blizzard and was told they didn't have chocolate. SO then I ordered a mint brownie blizzard and the blizzard I received was milkshake consistency and had zero mint. I'm so sad because I love dq but this is so disappointing on a regular basis :(
