This pet salon is awesome...and if you are always on the run like me and tend to always be walk-ins rather than a appointment setters, they are always fantastic and accommodating! But I am sure they prefer appointments or schedules which I am going to set up soon! Thanks for everything and keep up the great job! It is appreciated!

It was more expensive than I thought it would be for 2 dogs, but they provided great services but this is a dog spa. My dogs looked great and this was they're first time visiting. I was surprised they were so open to a new groomer.. The staff are truly professional. I love the organic products as well it makes a difference in appearance and scent.

My first time using Colette's and my dog's first pro groom. She did a fantastic job ! He's feeling so handsome. Easy drop off, easy pick up. But..I forgot to tip !!!! I feel horrible. I'm gonna have to stop back in & give them a tip. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Absolutely amazing for our Husky! His first groom because he was blowing his coat and they really cleaned him up! He is looking and smelling so handsome. They were also able to get him in last minute for us after everywhere around had months to wait.

She took great care of my little pomeranian. He came back with one of the best trims he's ever had, nails were trimmed and rounded, and most important, he was happy and unstressed. Update- went to Colette's Pet Salon again and once again, got great service and my little guy had big smiles over his stylish cut!

Took 2 out my Shiatzus on different days.She was there 3 + hours..First one, seemed like a pretty good grooming, but price in upper range for a12 lb.dog.Took my second one, she was there over 3 hours. I thought they did a good job, then noticed a cut on her face.I just attributed it to being a new groomer to my dog.Next day, I then see a cut on the other side of her face in the same place..its been 2 weeks, still trying to heal.Too expensive a place, and keeps my babies too long for the quality.I guess I'll be searching for another groomer.

Just googled cat groomers near me and this salon was top pick so i phoned in to inquire for my cat Garfield. I just wanted to have his private's fur trimmed and although they are fully booked for cat grooming, they said we can walk-in just for that quick trim. The procedure was pretty quick and the staff accommodating. Great customer service.

Colette's always does such a wonderful job with my dog. He's very high maintenance as he has a lot of separation anxiety & I know he is probably not the most cooperative. They are always very patient & sweet with him which is something I value above anything else when dropping him off. We started going there when we lived in Englewood but we relocated to Cincinnati a few years ago. We still make the trip so he can continue to go to Colette's where I have peace of mind that he is being well taken care of, rather than finding a place closer to us. We tried larger places such as Petsmart prior to finding Colette's & they were cheaper, but a total nightmare. The price has really increased since we started going there & they are a little on the pricey side but that is really the only downfall. They do a great job! Would definitely recommend!

They are good when they are open, but have found that they close early, dont tell you when they take days off. It is frustrating when you tru to get your cat's claws clip around my schedule and theirs. Come on people stay there until 5, if that is what your hours say not 450pm

I’ve been taking our 9 year old shepoo here for 3 years and wow !! They’re super patient with our Albert .. he’s always super relaxed when I pick him up .. now that I’m taking care of 2 of my daughter’s dogs I’m going to bring one of her dogs in hopefully Wednesday ( he’s 14 and blind ) he’s a tiny shitzu and I know he will love as much as Albert does .. best place I’ve ever found and we are retired military.. thank you and we recommend this place for anyone and everyone,

I took 2 of my babies in for nail trims and had a wonderful first experience here! These 2 usually act like you're cutting their leg off when they see a pair of clippers. Collette had no problems with them...definitely a great place to go!

My friend dropped her dog off for a grooming appointment. When my friend realized it had been 3 hours since she dropped her dog off she would drive to your shop. It was closed! My friend does not have her dog, and she was never contacted by an employee to come and get her before the shop closed. She is understandably upset. Please look into this matter.

Collett is an amazing pet groomer. My dog hates to have her nails cut but Collett had no problem cutting my dogs nails . Would highly recommend this Pet Salon.
