We have been doing the Kid’s Workshop at Home Depot for several years! Always fun and the employees who are working it always help and encourage the kids. Usually there is paint available. Free event on the first Saturday of the month 9-12! Check it out!

KEVIN in the plumbing department Is very rude ! I called the store to see if they had an part I Was Looking for gave him the item number and his response was where did you get the item number from, I then told him from the Home Depot website. He then said rudely if the website says we have it then we do . I Then Explained To Him I Done Came To the store multiple times thinking there was an item in stock Because of the Home Depot Website said it was in stock but once I got there the item was not in stock.I Work In a Costumer Facing Company And The Employees of the Company Are the face of the company ! Home Depot Might need to reconsider who they hire or rethink their training but then again you can’t teach basic soft skills. Oh and guess what Home Depot didn’t have my item but the website said it was in stock .

Great place. Usually friendly and helpful employees that will go out of their way to help and generally seem pretty knowledgeable when helping me to locate an item.Remodeling so I have been here often and employees are almost always top notch.

Huge parking lot and not as busy as other home depot's I have been too. Everyone is nice.Give my review a like please... - Home Depot also gives 11% cash back on in-store purchases whenever Menards runs their sale. Google: Home Depot 11% rebate and enter in your receipt online and get an e gift card. For some reason they don't promote this.😉

The man on the floor working was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely hate having to ring my self out at the register( I'm not an employee, and I definitely do not get a w-2!!) What bothers me the most about this store is, I'm checking out and see 3 woman, all employees standing together laughing!! You pay them to just stand there, yet I'm working checking myself out smd bagging my own things. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE???

Electrical guy doesn’t know what gauge a wire is ? Really ! Then he wants to argue how long it took him to reach me ! Really ! Need workers who don’t hide in bathroom all day and have a good set of customer relations skills ! He didn’t have any of these !!!! Get people who want to serve the customer. Ask for the manager and customer service couldnt do that either ! Poor excuse for a building supply shop……..

I hate home Depot. Problem every time I go. I needed 20 shelves approximately 23 by 15. They had some boards that were 48 by 15 for $15 a piece. I asked if I could get two cuts of 23 in off each one. "We can't cut any piece that is less than 12 in". But it's not less than 12 inches it's starting out at 48, then after the first cut there will be 25 left for the second and final cut. NOPE! you have to throw away at least a foot of each board. Go to Lowes. No problem. Pre-pandemic, home Depot was the best. Now they're like the airlines, if you complain about anything you are a Karen and "you just can't possibly understand the stress that our employees are under".. so I don't complain, I just gave the several hundred dollars in business to Lowes. by myself, will not put a dent. Tell enough customers no and you'll feel it.

After years of shopping here, the customer service has gone downhill. They hire young kids with strange hair colors that have bad customer service skills. DO NOT EVER BUY CARPET FROM HERE. The flooring department is a nightmare. They don't know what they're doing, don't always have people covering, and screw you over with lead times and asbesthos problems with their installers. Lately, they have not had everything in stock as usual, and the home depot as a whole has serious price increases over the years, using the plandemic as an excuse.

Had to pop in two minutes before closing time to return a rental tool, grab something, and get a pickup order. Dan at the service desk helped me with everything and was super understanding of the late-night rush, even though I kept him a bit late. Sorry again!Home Depot, please give Dan a raise, or at least show him this review, because he was an absolute legend. Thanks Dan!

Home depot stores are amazing, I have got discounts on wood. There purple discount on wood is simply amazing, this wood has been a life saver to senior citizens who have no way to fix their homes we go in fix porches plumbing drywall just like to give a big thank you to the home Depot in the steelyard

We needed to rent a snake to clear out a sewage line. The first one we were advised to use was too thick. They readily exchanged it for a thinner line. Got it to our house, but none of the additions would attach to the line. Brought it back and Don checked it out to see that we were correct and he refunded our deposit. I do think that Leesa deserves notice because that lady was doing work that would have worn out Superman. But she is only human, because she tried to dispute Don's observation and I saw no reason for that.

I got a lot of good help from the sales staff; they were knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful in making product, tool, and materials recommendations. They were also willing to cut a lot of wood for me. I had a good visit, and I shop here over their competitor for a reason.

It's exactly what home Depot is supposed to be. I'd you need help they are there for you. If you don't need help they leave you alone. Good selection. Menards might have more but you'll never find it.

My garden hose bought last June or so with a 2 year warranty exploded in my garage while I was in my driveway washing my motorcycle. Of course I couldn't find the receipt, but Home Depot graciously gave me a store credit and I bought another, hopefully better hose. Kudos to Home Depot!

Amazing experience. Went to buy a light to go over my computer desk and wasn't sure what to look for. An older gentleman (didn't catch his name) asked if I needed help and was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was also very kind and personable. He helped me sort through a few options that I wouldn't have even considered if he hadn't shown them to me and I'm very happy with my purchase.
