Wouldn't trust My pups at any other place Marlo is amazing and my girls love being able to socialize with a variety of different pups and I love that can get a bath and groom why at daycare love this place so much ❤️

I decided to try here again and even the last time I visited it was a very bad experience but this time around it went very well I did only have one dog this time that went but they were very nice and considerate of his old age and were very very nice and did a very good job appreciate how they took care of my old man Chuy

First time taking my dogs here to get groomed and the dogs appeared clean at first and the prices are reasonable. However, both dogs are still wet, not clean, and they smell like cigarette smoke. I’m on my way to the self wash after spending nearly $100 to give them baths because they smell like ashtrays and still have dirt on their bellies and paws. I’m a non smoker and it’s absolutely appalling. I understand this is a facility for dogs and that can come with some smells, but, this is 100% cigarette smoke and it is overwhelming after just spending a few hours there. I won’t be taking them back. I wanted them cleaned not returned smelling worse than when I dropped them off. I now understand why they only take cash because you can’t request a refund for services not completed. I paid $95 for nail trims….

Excellent customer service! I was a walk in with my two dogs for a nail trim after leaving agrivated from Bevans down the street. The blond haired lady was so nice and did an excellent job on the nail trim despite me being septic all about the grinder. I will definitely go back!!

I took my one year old Lab to the day care for some much needed socialization. Upon walking in, first thing I noticed is the facility is very clean and well cared for. Owners are super nice, and slowly introduced Jake to the group. Took him a very short time to become one of the pack! I love that they post videos throughout the day. Was great to watch! Needless to say, we have found our day care. Jake had a blast and came home extremely tired from all the play time!

Angie was very friendly and positive, and she showed me around. My dog Ritz seemed happy to spend the day their and came home tired. I will know more next visit but would recommend the day camp.

They always take good care of my dog. They are attentive to his age and work on his grooms at a pace that is comfortable for him. They are reasonably priced and he always looks so dapper when they are done!

I have 100% confidence my dog is in the best hands possible, even more so now that there are new owners. The moment I say "daycare" he runs for his leash and never looks back. He can also get bathed and brushed while there...bonus that he comes home clean!

My dog loves it here. He somehow knows when it is Friday and wakes me up as soon as there's daylight because he is ready to go! I love knowing that he is having so much fun while I'm at work. The fact that he can get his bath on site before coming home is an added bonus. He loves Marlo and won't let anyone else bathe him or trim his nails, lol.

My 3-year-old Labradoodle has been going to The Canine Club almost weekly for a year and a half now. He cries to get out of the car when we pull in the lot and then he drags me into the building, very excited to go play with his pals. The new management has started making a number of positive changes and I know they are only going to continue going in the same direction. They care about the dogs and are quite passionate about having a great day care opportunity for dog owners. I feel fortunate to have a place for my baby to socialize and exercise. He is also groomed at The Canine Club and consistently comes back looking handsome and well cared for.

Sad to write this review as I used to love this place. My dog came home for the third time bleeding from Canine Club. In the beginning the owner was attentive and he had good staff who cared. Now he is not there and he is leaving his business in the hands of employees who do not watch or care. Prior to coming to Canine Club a year and half ago my, dog has been in daycare at other facilities for 6 years and NEVER had an incident until we moved to Elyria and started him at the Canine Club. I tried to work with him but the last one they had no idea just sent him home with dried caked blood on his coat and when I turned around to demand what happened they discovered his ear was bleeding bad with no idea how it happened. I realized that I had to get my dog out of there or he could be killed. The two times before had been with two different dogs that had a history of attacking other dogs. Shame on me for not moving him then, but I was assured those dogs were being removed. They don't do enough to determine the temperament of dogs really accept anything for the money. I am really posting because I know soon something bad is going to happen and I want be to be aware.

I love this place every time I take my dog he loves it he just plays and plays and plays. The whole staff is very welcoming and it makes me feel good about leaving my dog there for the day the grooming of the dogs are also very excellent.

I have nothing good to say about the canine club. They allow their dogs to be cut by sharp objects. I had to make the choice to stop taking my dog because she was severely cut requiring stitches and staples twice. Instead of fixing the problem their solution is to put a sweater on the dog like they did for another dog that was also cut. Not to mention that the owner is refusing to pay the vet bill. For the safety of your pet I would not take a dog to this facility.
