Pets mart is by far my favorite pet store! Bel was super friendly and PATIENT with my puppy Tyson. (He moves around alot and wants to smell everything!)She helped us get a harness and im very happy with the service we got from her. Tyson and I are looking forward to doing training with Bel in the near future! Thank you Bel!!!

No complaints really except that they need to mark items that have been used as used and lower the prices. I had purchased a hamster cage there at regular price thinking it was brand new, but once I got it home it had a bad oder to it, the previous hamster had chewed parts of the cage so it was damaged and there were a lot of missing parts and parts that had been replaced with parts that didn't match the design of the cage, however, when I returned it they were very nice and gave me the brand new cage at $5 off. I still worried if I had taken home bugs because of the loud smell of bug spray on the other purchase. Moral of The Story: please mark the used items as used and lower their prices please. Thanks

Well stocked with all ur favourite brands for all things of pet. It was lovely saw some fish and birds for sale also a cat. Place was clean and well organized. They are observing covid protocols too. This makes ur shopping easy and safe.

Stopped in here because I needed cat food and I was shopping next door. This is one of the bigger pet smarts I've been in. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. All the shelves were nice and fully stocked as well. I was able to find the cat food I needed no problem. Will probably stop here more often for any of my pet needs.

Took both of my pups to get them groomed today. The ladies did a fantastic job with them. Made the appointment with them with only a two day wait to get them in. Anywhere else is at least several weeks. They were done within the time they stated and both looked great! Can’t say enough about how impressed I was with Sammi and I think the other lady’s name was Marilyn’s work.

The groomers are great and do a wonderful job on our dog. She had grease on her back from running under our old truck to hide. They got it all out! Great job!!!

Worst place I have bring my dog to. I took my dog for a bath, ear cleaning, and nail trimming. Picked her up and she was still smelly, they said they couldn’t finish her nail trimming and her ears looks like they were never touched, they’re dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable with the staff that were there, one of them told a dog to shut up and they look like they’re working in a bad mood. I recommend not to bring your dogs here and probably take them to Avon where am sure they really love and treat pets as family.

The store itself is great and we will continue to go there for our shopping needs, but as for grooming we will never go back! We took our 6 1/2 month old Shih Tzu puppy there to get groomed and he left acting like a different dog. Our happy, go lucky and playful puppy was completely different. He was scared to be touched or held and wouldn’t wag his tail. We got home and noticed a patch of hair missing behind his ear and a cut that has now started to scab. According to the groomers, he was trying to bite at everything and growling. We took him to another groomer the following day to get his hair fixed and he was completely fine and didn’t growl once. If you want your puppy to return to you like you left them, I recommend going somewhere else to get them groomed.

My second visit was a disaster. My dog was injured under her front leg so they said she would have to come back in a week when she wasn't bleeding to have her feet trimmed and her nails done, I don't believe they even tried to finish the job but still charged $135.00. Won't be back, such a disappointment.

I like the products and discount program. Staff is hit or miss. I've gotten more help from the blue buffalo guy then I ever have from the staff. Manager Heather is horrible at her job and she really doesn't care about anything or taking responsibility for what happens in the store.

Clean store with lots of room. Fun to let pets explore and pick out what they want. To the left of the main door (when entering) is an area for cats up for adoption. The store will also (at the time of this comment) allow you and your pets to take a photo with Santa for free, sent to your email.
