I am unhappy with Petco grooming. I booked grooming appointment ahead of time and they outright canceled the appointment and not telling why. They just lost a customer.

They did a wonderful job trimming my pup's nails. We got him last year during Covid and he is afraid of strangers and masks due to quarantine. They did so well patiently earning his trust then did a FANTASTIC job on his nails. It's worth paying the extra for the buff 😉

My dog came out looking like a stray dog.NOTHING was done about the undercoat.The length was not consistent, he came out half wet, parts of his face weren't even touched at all. He also came out smelling like chemicals. Please train your groomers.

Alyssa R. did an awesome job. From talking to us about Zoe and what we expected, to settling her down, to doing the cut....very very pleased! This was our first time here, and Zoe was very very excited, so I wasn't sure how it would go. She also isn't very socialized, so she was barking like crazy at other dogs, but Alyssa R managed to get her under control and her cut turned out great!! Excellent job! We will be back.

The staff in the grooming department has always been pleasant and caring when taking our pets. With both being rescues and having two completely different personalities, they know how to adapt to the animal they have in front of them. When I dropped Enzo off, he was scared and shaking, like he normally is when I leave him anywhere. But the groomer was so sweet and gentle taking him back, that I had no worries. When I picked him up less than 2 hours later, he looked like a brand new boy! I LOVE Petco grooming and recommend them to all.my family and friends! 10/10

The groomer did a great job. She said my dog was nervous and would just hang her head so she took her time with Muffy and gave her breaks so she would be calm. The breaks made her visit longer than expected but the groomer made my dogs well being a priority. I hope my husband tipped her well.

I liked the service and was pleased with the easy access to the grooming center. In my past experiences, the grooming is in the far back of the store and difficult to get dogs in and out of. This was so convenient. I have already told others in my 55+ community about it.
