The staff loved our puppy and was very open to giving us great suggestions. Even gave our little girl a treat and recommended some great products. Store itself seems kind of run down but the staff makes up for that 100 times. Great job.

Great team, very helpful. My venetian fly plant turned out to be dead, but to no fault of theirs. They helped me get some bugs, but I was too late, sadly. Nice little store though. Surprisingly good selection.

Great in store experience. Lovely animals. Great customer service. Helpful employees. Was looking for a good cat food brand and employee Jonah recommended Redford brand and my cats prefer this over Meow Mix. Will be coming back.

The employees are so nice and helpful but getting pets from here is terrible. Just last week on Friday, I bought two hamsters, one died this morning, and the other one is close to death. Moving extra slow and breathing weird. This is the only pet store that I know of who doesn't provide birth certificates for their animals so that customers know how old their pets are before buying them. Hamsters have short life spans, so knowing their age is always necessary. Buying them without knowing their age was my fault but sheesh, come on. If you know they're extra old or something, voice that! Voicing that would at least give people the option on if they want to take it home so it can experience some TLC before passing away.

The staff here is very helpful and they carry the food my dogs eat. My biggest complaint is how the coat of my dogs food has risen far past the current rate of inflation; especially after they send out a 25% off everything coupon just before Christmas.I paid about $10 less for an 18 lbs bag of Pro Plan with the coupon on 12/11/21 than I did for a 35 lbs bag them month beforehand.Avoid this place during the holidays.

Pet Supplies Plus always has great deals. They always send out coupons and I am signed up to get texts and I got one this weekend for $5 off any toy or treats. My dogs love all the goodies we find there. Even their regular prices are less than the other pet supply stores.

Ive been shopping at this store for over 6 years. Ive been shopping the pet supplies family for over 20.Ive always had a wonderful experience and enjoy shopping there. My problem was when i would be out of state and my ohio fur babies needed supplies so i would use amazon or chewy.Well thanks to pet supplies new delivery i can still shop locally and have it delivered.I used it for the first time and was impressed.I will definately use delivery again.

Went in with no clue about a chinchilla. Savanna and Michelle made me a pro by the time I checked out. These two girls were so knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't suggest things that I wouldn't need and made me feel so welcome . I recommend this store for all your pet needs. Thank you ladies.

Greeted on the way in, greeted in the store, greeted on the way out. Bright, clean. Associates were clearly bored, but weren't playing on their phones, and the store was clean, shelves were stocked. I like that they've taken down one of their 'animals for sale' cages and made it a little adoption center.The animals were all active, and the cages were clean, no signs of stress. I like it, I'll definitely keep stopping here in the future.

They have most of what you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of aquatic creatures and plants. A staff member offered to show us hamsters even though we had informed them that we would not be buying any new pets at the time; which made my 4 yr olds day. I was pleased overall with the selection and prices. We will definitely be visiting again for our pet supply needs.

Can be hard to get service..The younger employees tend to follow each other around talking. Prices are average for the area. Good place to get crickets, although they do trend on the smaller side. Large look more like medium to small to me.
