I've driven past Pandy's more time than I can count. This was my first time visiting and I will certainly be back. They have everything, indoor, outdoor, seeds, decor, trees, bushes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend a trip!

This is probably my favorite place in Elyria. Everyone here is extremely helpful, they have everything you could possibly want for your yard, and reasonably priced. They even completed a virtual design for my yard essentially for free and the one and only time I had a problem they promptly fixed it. I wish all businesses ran like this.

So many plants, lots of decor, soil, pots, baskets...everything you need for your yard and your indoor plants! The prices are so reasonable!I went primarily for the houseplants and I was not disappointed. They have a few sizes of many plants. So, you can buy a smaller plant for a great price, or pay a little more for a larger plant.We drove three hours from Indiana because they had a harder-to-find tradescantia for $20 for huge basket. This plant is about three times that price or just not available in our area. Definitely worth the drive if you love plants.

I love Pandy’s Garden Center! I live more on the east side but make a few trips out for the great prices, huge selection, and customer service. I collect rare/uncommon houseplants and so it’s a treat!

I drive from the middle of Amish country where I live filled with greenhouse after greenhouse just to go here! Don’t get me wrong I shop by me too but the no B.S attitude, the knowledge the staff has (Mike is awesome) , the health and quality of plants you can buy , and all the extras to look at makes for a great road trip that I plan to do more and more ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE…

Very nice garden center. With some nice unusual plants that I've never seen or heard of. Got a Chinese money plant and some air plants. Also got some lights and snacks. They have freeze dried skittles and peach rings, also M&M's. Definatly will go back again.

Everytime I vist, the only problem I ever have is figuring out what not to buy. There's always so many great looking healthy affordable plants, and the friendly staff is constantly on the watch for anyone that might need help. I also like how many different lawn decorations they have - though I haven't bought any yet.

LOVE Pandy’s soooo much. It’s a bit of a drive for us east siders but it’s 100% worth it. Huge selection of beautiful healthy plants, reasonably priced and the greenhouse cats are sooooo sweet.

We LOVE Pandy's!! We visit the store a lot!! We love all of the beautiful fruits, vegetables and flowers! I dress my patio every summer with vibrant colorful flowers and we buy potted plants and vegetables for our children to plant, they love watching the fruits of their labor grow and harvest them! Every time we visit, the employees ALWAYS welcome us and some of them even remember us! It's nice to receive such great customer service from a business! The employees are very helpful also! Most times I end up grabbing more than I can carry and one of their employees is right there with a cart or box to help me carry my treasures! Pandy's is a beautiful store! Keep up the good work!!

Was looking for a tree and stopped in to see what they had, it was a great selection. There were employees working all around and eager to offer help and suggestions. I purchased a very nice tree for a fair price. I went back a few days later to pick it up and it was ready and loaded into my truck. I will go back there again

Pandy’s has sadly not been on my beaten path for awhile, but I went back this year, I was amazed. Customer service is alive and well at this place. Not only are the plants healthy, with a wide variety of choices, they actually have employees - enough of them, extremely knowledgeable and happy to help you. It’s like stepping back in time to when these factors were not novelties. You actually leave there feeling better than when you got there. Special call out to Gabby, Brendan and Candy, who not only answered questions but offered suggestions. I will be back and would recommend to everyone in the area.

Haven't shopped here for years. What an amazing selection of trees, shrubs and flowers. The gift shop is really stocked with beautiful things. P.S. They are setting up for Christmas.

I drive each year from Highland Hts to Pandy's EVERY YEAR. My wife and I make the trip because.#1. By far the best selection of healthy plants.#2. Zero self check out lines & the cashiers move fast as well as efficiently.#3.Customer service has NEVER missed a beat.Have always had great experiance, and healthy plants,tree's,flowers.Wonderful Job.

I purchased what I thought were all hybrid tea roses and one of them was miss marked. Showed perfume factory only to find out it is a small single petal bush rose. I tried calling but could only leave a message.

Maybe the lady was having a bad day. We all have bad days. But following people around (not just my family), and bemoaning loudly that too many people are at the store (it was 4:30, as far as I know you all close at 5:30pm), and how you want to "scream" because of it is not only unprofessional, but definitely not welcoming. The lady was right near the registers, standing by the exit door. We just walked out; uncomfortable. Glad we didn't purchase anything. Don't you want to sell the product on the sales floor? I don't think that's how you do it, but maybe I'm wrong. And a bigger question don't you go to the bathroom to cry like the rest of us working people who hate our lives? We were just trying to enjoy your christmas decor, but the Grinch was a problem. The only good thing about Pandy's is the cats.
