I stopped in today to make a small purchase. They had every kind of Carhartt you can think of- Arctic, dress, work, safety - the store was packed. I have never seen so many Carhartt jackets in one place. Had a good conversation with the owner. Headed back in March to grab some fishing lures. Great place. I am sure glad their local.

I prefer to buy local and not from chains, so I was happy to see this place! I was looking for work boots, bibs and rain jacket for my Ireland trip. I’ve stopped in a couple times. Both times, never greeted or asked if I need any help or anything. Not friendly at all. Won’t bother stopping back, nor will I recommend to anyone. Sorry to have disturbed your day by coming into your store.

I use to go in there when I was really young to buy fishing equipment and bait. Caught plenty of steelhead with the jigs they had. Also bought conibear traps that I harvested plenty of rabbits with. The clothes are fantastic I only need one pair of socks when I ice fish. I also got a thermos that I still have that works for hours. I stopped in less than a year ago and still get great feeling when I walk through the door. The customer service has always been fantastic. The old man back in the day gave me a lot of advice and told places that caught me a lot of fish. Thank you for making the outdoors even more enjoyable.

Recently bought a sportspal canoe from this company. It was 360 mile round trip trek. But it was highly worth the drive. The guys in the shop treated us well. The transaction ended with us being thanked for our business.

One of the worst experiences of my life (and I have never said that before). They are in Ohio and I am in NIagara Falls. It took 7 days for the item to reach usps and then it went to Chicago which is the exact opposite way it should go since I am east of them. Called to get an explanation and I end up on speaker phone with 2 people and both talking at once (like a bad echo). Their website does not accurately show the correct shipping costs so they added another charge on my card with out my approval. Never again for these guys. I understand now why their email return address is no reply, because they don't want to hear how badly they did.

On Friday July 14, We picked up boots my son ordered, only to discover they had ordered the wrong ones. We checked the website to see what their Sundays hours were so we could return them. The website said Sunday hours were 12-5, so we cut our weekend short to make the hour drive to the store. We arrived at 4:10 pm only to find a handwritten note on the door that said "closed on Sundays in summer". It would help if the updated their hours online. Oh by the way the handwritten sign was right next to the sign that said to check them out on Google. Well, here is my Google review. :-(

I ordered a Conibear trap through Molinar's Northern Sport Co. and was sent a used, not brand new trap that was a 10 inch trap, not the 8.5 inch trap that I ordered. When I called them to complain I was treated like an idiot. Worst experience ever. If you do business with these people, prepare for the worst.
