I had B's install underbody/interior lights as well as a sub/amp. Top-quality products that have even survived mild-mod off-roading. Had an issue with an interior light, but they have a good warranty and fixed this without any issues. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Will continue to do business with them.

Five stars simply because the place is awesome the gentleman serving me today asked if I had cash only for the $10 card limit reader unfortunately I did not have said cash to pay for my remote wire and he let me go with it the people are amazing and I've been coming here for multiple times for multiple different things they absolutely have anything you could want and more absolutely love this place. Came in few months ago looking to buy new system. Subs amp amd box.Told them what I want and they made it happen. Had to have subs made, that took a little longer then expected. But no fault on bs. When subs came in they started on box. Everything looks good. Happy with outcome. But build is not done yet. Will be coming back to finish this up soon again.

I'm not mad just disappointed at why I was not told they broke the peace that held the old wires up in the trunk. Unfortunately I'll probably not be able to prove that they did this do to not checking the trunk. The only reason I found out a few months later after I had the radio put in here was I had to use the trunk. The one time I need the room I see the unit sitting there with the plastic rivet snapped and the other half completely snapped off. I could've been giving a heads up they had trouble taking it off instead of breaking it and not say anything thanks.

The manager seemed very kind, but being invoiced for a piece I said I didn't want and to be told over the phone that they couldn't do my installation because they needed the piece, blew my mind. I wanted to be taken care of what the amount of money I had, not to be soaked in for them to earn sales from me. Commission? I'm use to that. As a woman, it wasn't fair for me and I was not satisfied & I won't be doing business with them,

Dropped off my amp for repair and they sent it out..couple months went by of calling to check and still no word. Finally I went up there and talked to the owner and he said the company they sent it to went out of business and they couldn't help me. So I paid 500$ for an amp I never got back and when I asked what they could do for me they just threw up their hands saying it was no longer their problem. I wish I could give them a negative star review but I cant. Very poor customer service and business attitude!!👎👎👎

Cool people! I came in needing a custom box built (very limited room), some wires ran, an extra battery, and everything installed. They got me in and started the same day. Cost a little more than I had hoped, but quality comes at a price and I’m extremely happy with the investment. Ross, Wes, and Rick were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Sh** definitely slams! Thanks guys!!

I absolutely love coming here! Even when I have an issue they fix it!!!!! I can sometimes get mouthy and they STILL DO THEIR JOB!!!! I wish I could give 4.5, the only reason I’m not putting a full 5 is because I did have an issue, similar issue 2years ago on another vehicle, that required me to come back which is time consuming especially when it’s your only vehicle BUT AGAIN they do their JOB!!!! I only know Wes by name but him and his team are awesome!!!! Definitely worth the money!!!!!

The owner seems nice but these people are really thieves!! Especially to women that really don't know about cars! I paid $185.00 just to have a viper alarm removed that was hanging from my dashboard! It took 10 maybe 15 minutes! They told me it was going to take 1hour and a half! Which it didn't!! I should've did my research before going to them! But someone sent me to them so I thought they were ok!! Bottom line!! They ripped me off!! the problem I took my car in for still isn't fixed!! I need a new system but ilI go somewhere else!! I'll Never go there Again!!!!God is Good!! They will get their Karma!! Because they did me Wrong!!😣😠🖕🏽✌🏽

I've been going to B's since I got my first car nearly ten years ago for a variety of audio equipment, from radios to harnesses to dash kits and speakers/subs etc., whatever you could think of to install myself and never had any issues, always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this time it was far from pleasant, but really only for one reason. First, I got a call on my way there to drop my car off for a remote start install to tell me that he had misquoted me by mistake for the install, around the tune of ~$180, because he didn't have some stuff listed on the build that was needed, which is okay, we're all human and we all make mistakes, that part was inconvenient but it's whatever really, not a deal breaker. When I got there, Preston and Glen were both helpful in explaining the mistake they made and going over the stuff I actually needed for it to work properly in my WRX because of the manual transmission, etc. I didn't even ask for a discount for their mistake or anything of the manner, I was offered 10% off because of everything which does help when the price goes up that much, and I was totally fine with that. Then a different gentleman came over, I think his name was Bill but I don't recall, said to give me $25 off instead. Okay, it's considerably less but it is what it is, I'll take it for the hassle. After walking back in from the walkaround, I overheard Bill(?) ask the other coworkers "Why would we give him $25 off?" which I thought was odd considering I was right there, but I figured it probably wasn't in reference to me. At checkout I asked about the $25 off they offered to me, to which I was told no, with really no explanation as to why. This is where my issue with the entire situation comes up. It's rather repugnant behavior in a business transaction to go back on your own word, even over something as slight as $25, but it happened twice with the initial offer of 10%. It is what it is, I'm not even mad, just disappointed. I understand human error, but I don't understand the lack of honor. My advice to anyone considering business with them for major things is to get any and all aspects in writing. I'll consider continuing business with them for audio equipment, but I'll more than likely take my ranger to Auto Details next month for the remote start install.TLDR: Handful of good people, good selection and stock, be cautious and get everything in writing.

I finally treated myself to a remote start. Best gift ever! B's is the place to go. He did a walk around my truck when I dropped it off in which i discovered that a license plate light was not working. He explained everything to me and I've been remote starting ever since! They are always available if I need to stop in with questions. And he fixed my light! I'd definitely recommend this place.

Had an appointment to get tint done and arrived when they opened at 9 to drop it off. Planned the day around it, paid for an Uber to be able to drop it off. Then get a call back at 11:30 saying that they wouldn't be able to do it. I go to pick it and the guy at the counter was extremely rude about it, doesn't offer any apology or try to help with the situation. When I asked for my $50 deposit back he just flat out ignored me like I wasn't even there and started doing other things. Very unprofessional would not recommend. Also no employees were wearing mask as currently required I questioned them about it when picking up and they refuse to wear them so they also got a report to the health department.

They helped me choose what I wanted and didn't try to oversell. I waited/did some work in their waiting room, and they even asked me to I wanted something from Wendy's b/c they were going. Radio install was great and for a decent price. If I need them again, I'll be back!

These guys definitely deserve 5 stars.I wanted to put a new sound system in my car and wasn't sure about what to buy. The man that helped me every time I came in was named Wes. He is extremely knowledgeable in car audio and helped me a great deal in my decision making as well as the many questions I had about speakers, amps, et cetera. Wes and the other guys at B's Car Stereo are also very friendly and seem to enjoy what they do.Great place to go for car audio stuff.

Got a alarm in car. Paid a good penny. The alarm started to mess up with in my warranty! Called to see if they could check it out and I was told id be charged $65! Must be crazy I paid almost 300 for this car alarm. That's not locking my doors and going off for no reason. I was being charged $65 for their mistakes! I didn't put the alarm in i paid for them to do that job. Its all about how much money people can get out you. I shouldn't be charged for someone else mess up! Was supposed to get tint, I sure won't be back!

Install was nice but had appt one day and it was next day before done due to no help coming to work also went in didn't have new speakers put in instead said use mine and they said I had no speakers well that's how I measured because I had my window fixed.Then I'm trying to pay the man and we are conversing and a employee cam in and just started talking over us about some darnn batteries. Soo Rude.

I wish It was an option to put 0 starts, very unsatisfied. It all started last year when I took my classic car in to Bs to get "professionally " tinted. Every appointment that I made got canceled an hour befor I was supposed to be thier, either they were to busy, or the tenter was "sick" after I kid you not, 5 attempts to get an appointment I got in, they were supposed to do my rear window and my two side windows. After an hour I got a call saying they got the two sides done but they broke the spoiler trying to take it off to do the rear. I was very shocked that a "professional " tiny place had to take a spoiler off to tint. They told me to take it home, get the spoiler off and bring it back, mind you this spoiler is not something I can go get at advanced. So I took it back and after 2 hours the owner told me it was too hard to do! Seriously! I ended up having another shop doing it for half the price and a lot better service. Also noticed that my dorr panels were all types of messed up.
