I’ve come to this Dollar General every day since It was built. I stopped there after work To grab a pop and there were no parking spots except for the handicap spot and I’m not handicap so I parked Off to the side where I wouldn’t be in anyone’s way. As soon as I walked into the store, the older lady cashier with the long black hair Instantly said “I don’t know why people park like that and think it’s OK” and she made sure everyone in the store heard. & when I got up to the register she continued to talk about it with a customer even louder. So I told her maybe they should get some more parking spots. I will not be coming to this dollar general again because of her. Horrible customer service. That is technically bullying and I’m contacting my lawyer about the situation so I hope it’s handled properly.

Used self check out. I scanned every item in my cart and paid for every item in my cart. The metal detector went off as i was leaving. Cashier demanded my receipt not once looking at it and proceded to rummage through my bags. Yep I paid for every item but yet was accused of trying to shoplift shampoo. Clearly it was on my receipt that i paid for it. Did I get an apology for her accusation and humiliating me in front of other customers? Hell no I didnt and i will never step foot in that store again.

My go to place when I have all the kids with me and only need a couple things. Plus they have great employees at this location and clean restrooms.

Very well known for there courtesy. They just got done Putin a new parking lot. Just a great place all around. The cashier's there are awesome. Very classy.

Terrible! Dewine has issued that all stores have to enforce the mask mandate. If a customer isn’t wearing a mask they are to turn them away. This store doesn’t even ask them to put one on. They let them in and still serve them. They don’t care. I’ve walked in there and the workers sometimes don’t even wear them. I’ve reported them to the health department and I know other people are going to report them too. You need to turn people away if they aren’t wearing a mask just like you would if they came in without a shirt. First time it’s a warning, next time they are shut down for awhile.

The prices were affordable, the shelves were stocked and the cashier was cleaning the push carts as well as taking care of customers. Definitely will do more shopping here.

This store should stock at night, after closing. Very difficult to get through the aisles, not consumer friendly. The staff is but the stocking shelves is a nightmare.

That place is a mess.. junk Everywhere.... out of lots of product.. or not on the shelf...I've been going to family dollar instead even tho I like dollar general bttr.

Hardly ever have what u need on the shelf. Save your energy just drive to the one in elida where there shelves are stocked!

Because of the amount of items to be put away the store is always hard to get through and it is sometimes difficult to get to the item you want because of this.
