He was supposed to deliver our vehicle to a garage 4 days after our accident from his yard...we were contacted by insurance company and told he was scheduled to deliver that day...they even contacted garage being taken to that it would be delivered and he never showed up so we called him on a Friday to find out why and he says he did not know he was suppose to deliver it but showed up a week later and charged over 1400 dollars for delivery...way to rack up storage fees...would rather tow my vehicle with a rope over my shoulder than use these crooks again....do not recommend unless you like being ripped off

Stopped in to see if they knew what was wrong with my car. Very friendly and helpful. No tryin to tell me this and that to get money out of me.They pin pointed the issue and sent me back to the original mechanic to fix it. They Didn't charge me alot to look at my car either. Thank you.

I drive a truck for a living and I run across all kinds of people with every attitude imaginable under the Sun throughout the country in my 18 wheeler. Norm at Norms towing in Edison Ohio is one of the friendliest customer service people that I have seen in years and he's a friendly old chap that I could sit down and talk with all day long The 26' truck I was rented looked brand new on the inside was clean and ran really well And he even came in early on a Sunday morning so that I could pick my truck up he really went out of the way for me and I greatly appreciate it. Owner is obnoxiously rude, getting mixed info on my vehicle out of town, first I'm able get my belongings with no release or payment this told by ohio patrol that arrested me and now owner at norms towing telling me that I can't get my personal items out of my vehicle unless I pay the tow bill and it's been there a week and they towed out illegally and on 71s side of the highway they was to give me,48 hours so this is highly objectively wrong doing with out notice, morrow county and mt gilead ohio and surrounding areas are all not right I was so treated badly and disrespectful from all authority are liars and now this owner is just add bad.....

Broke down on I71 with my travel trailer family and dog, They came out towed me in and towed my trailer also. they took the time and drove my wife to get a rental car , very nice efficient people that really care.
