Normally I never have an issue, this trip was like the last! I don't mind the self checkout for my small orders. But I'd go to the cashier's line anytime over that.

Staff is friendly, while the store isn't huge it has a decent selection. The isles are a bit tight since they were squeezing more stuff in the store. But all around a decent, clean, friendly Walmart.

I visit the Wal-Mart store at least 2 or 3 times a week, and never have any problem using my credit card. But, this last time it would not accept it and I tried every way to use it, but no luck. My wife said we had the money in the account, I ended up using another card that I usually don't use, so it may be your card machine! My card works every where else, no problems!

Relatively large store with friendly staff willing to help, whenever you can find them though. Clean and busy store towards afternoon and evening. My only complaint would be some stocking issues with some popular items/brands.

Purchase a cake for my son's birthday party. Order it half white and half chocolate. What I got was a half white half yellow cake. When I called in to the store I was told it was a whitecake and they don't have yellow cake. Not happy at all. I even have pictures to prove that it was yellow cake.

Employees are rude and condescending. Store is dirty and isles are barely wide enough for 1 person. On a side note the pharmacy staff is amazing!

Glad we have a walmart in our county. They carry enough and often are stocked enough. Not a fan of the self checkouts being closed so much though.

LarderRoom...Walmart always has the perfect Blackstone accessories (in stock). You can order online, pull up at the set time, and they will bring your order (and groceries) right out to your car. The pharmacy also offers curbside pickup. How convenient is that! Gotta go enjoy my smash burgers!

Placed an order for three tires a week ago that Walmart canceled in error. We re-ordered the tires and scheduled an appointment for 7am-8am today (the earliest available appointment) to have them installed. At 2am this morning, Wal-Mart canceled our order and appointment due to a "glitch" in the system. When we arrived at the auto center to find out what was going on, they said our tires (which were delivered to the store several days ago) weren't even there and that we had no appointment. Even though I have a screen shot showing the scheduled appointment date and time. I escalated the issue with Wal-Mart customer service, who told me I'd have to re-order the tires for a third time. Absolutely not. I *never* complain but this is outrageous. Our vehicle, which is used as a source of income via Uber, has been out of commission for a week because of the Auto department's incompetence and they are completely unwilling to correct their error. Do not use the Eaton Wal-Mart Auto department if you value your time, money or vehicle.

The app indicated that our 2 items were in store & ready for pickup. A young man with an attitude brought out the light item in a plastic bag. When I asked about the other item, he claimed it was out of stock. When I told him the app says otherwise, he had a surprise look at his face that I dared to argue with him. I demanded to speak to the store manager but he/she was not available. I went into the store & I found the item on the shelf. I went to the service counter & told the nice lady that I wanted to complain to the store manager. She told me she'll try to find a manager. Some poor junior manager came over & I felt sorry for him & didn't want to go Jersey on him, so I quietly told him what happened & I told him I blame the manager.

Even though we do our grocery shopping there,Walmart is getting old. A lot of times they'll have something you need and then the next thing you know,they don't carry it anymore. Keeping things stocked is a problem half the time. They are all the time rearranging where things are so you spend most of your time time trying to find it when you are used to where it was. Also the self checkouts are closed a lot. Most of the people that work there are friendly and you like seeing their smiling faces. I did learn that the workers that are getting the pick-up orders ready are timed. That's why sometimes they may run ya over to get done.

The employees need retrained!!! They are not helpful at all and lie so they don’t need to do anything. Last night I was able to prove that. Wanted a 4K movie that was in stock. It was not out on the floor so instead of looking they just said no we never got it. Ok so I decided to test them and ordered online for 1 hour pickup and guess what they had it in stock. I worked at another retail store and we had the 10 foot rule that you greet every customer and ask if they need help. This is not done at Walmart. They avoid eye contact and fly past you then pretend not for hear you if you say anything and you have to chase them down. At the store I worked at we were required to walk patient to the item but Walmart they just say I think it’s here and then walk away. Very frustrating. So they are trained to literally stand around and talk with each other and not help the customer at all. Just lazy!!

The manager here is awesome. Let me park my truck the so I could get supplies. I drive a 18 wheeler, car hauler. Not easy to find Walmarts that let us park long enough to get food and supplies. But this place did. Thanks

Well considering that they just moved some items to different places! And as long as you can find a worker, you will have no problem finding what you need! Plus they need to put back some benches for us customers can rest for a min, and then get back up to finish shopping! This would be so much appreciated!

Customer service needs training, it's rude to see a group of workers interrupting the one person working behind the counter while trying to process your business it took forever because of 3 different emoyees interrupting. I've been in there when people are lined up for customer service & a group of workers standing together behind costumer service counter talking when one person is working their hard to process people in the line. If they are on break then they need to be somewhere else then standing behind customer service counter gossiping while there is a huge line of people waiting to be helped. Once I asked are they suppose to be working she told me several of them was not on break & should have been helping.

We just bought an OLD 1964 Shasta camper while visiting the area. The guys in the tire center were so helpful in getting new tires on it so we could head back to Illinois. They discovered that the tires on it were 53 years old! Thank you tire center guys. We made it home with no trouble.

I hate that there are not enough checkouts with employees running them. Store policies stink when they expect us as the customer to do everything for them, and then they don't pay their employees well!! I hate that!!

Lived here my whole life in eaton and walmart is nothing but a pest. Now they Close at 11 but not really 11 you can check any clock in the world and they will close 10 minutes before then the workers there will be rude as can be when you try to prove them wrong. Horrible manners and lying about the times they close. Don't false advertise closing at 11 if you going to close before that time.Ive worked at plenty of places in which you provide customer service and if a customer arrives at 1059 you serve that customer. If you can't stay true to what you advertise then don't post it at all.
