On this day,we just needed to get softener salt. We got there early in the morning and there wasn't anyone else there. You are always greeted with a "hello" when you go in unless they are really busy...but some still try to anyway. On my other trips there,if I needed help with something,they helped. And they didn't act like you were twisting there arm to do so,like with some other places. Although I think their prices are high,there are some things you can only find there. I like the sales (especially the Black Friday ones, always get the granddaughters their muddy puddle boots).

The staff here are super friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you need look like it has not been Stopped recently and there was only 2 employees working there at the time when I went it just seemed like a ghost town

Just went in to look around and they actually have quite a selection of many different things animal feed, tools, clothing, decor, and they sell little chic's as well. Customer service were friendly and helpful.

The store is conveniently located and easy to find, but small. The customer service is really lacking. The manager was really good, but the other staff were not very helpful to me. They didn't seem to know their own store. Also, the products carried by this store is very limited. Still, it's a clean store.

We have to buy special dog chow, canned & dry, for 1 of the fur babies and they have a house brand that our vet approves of. Much cheaper than Chewie. Just not always in stock locally however so we go across the state line to Eaton, OhioThey usually have it.

My review went from a 5 star to a 2. You aren't welcomed at the door anymore and service is not friendly anymore. The cashier with brown hair and brown eyes and short is the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with. I said "Hi" no response. I asked if I needed to flip the product over to scan no response then slaps the receipt on the bag says have a nice day and walks away like a no feeling, no cares , no manners robot. May have lost us for good because I can go other places

Tsc has Purina one brand of dog food 10.00 cheaper then Walmart. Can dog food is cheaper and healthier.

Very polite and helpful people working here. Good selection of toys, mostly low budget brands. Always be sure to scan their clearance section. Many things such as fence posts are cheaper than other box stores. Join rewards program!

Friendly staff and always have what I need. Normally you are greated and asked if help finding anything is needed as you walk through the door. If you say no thank you ( I always do ) then they allow you to roam peacefully. If you do end up needing assistance, help is never hard to find. I rate it 4 out 5 stars only because I wish they would stay open a little later than they currently do. Lol

I was in there a couple weeks ago looking for a dog cage and I am physically challenged in a wheelchair and a nice young man named Troy came up and asked me if I needed any help and I said yes sir I'd like to look at this cage and up there and he got it down for me and we talked about it and he was kind enough to bring it to me to my home once he got off of work and I've been in to Tractor Supply several different times not just this week but over the past few years and the people have been really nice to me and that's important to me being in a in a power chair I would recommend it highly it's a great place and yes I would go back

This store will not work with you on price of clearance items at ALL. I was interested in a clearance item that was marked $699 and had been marked this price for one month posted on clearance tag with the date. I spoken to the closing manager that night about the item and he said that the item is old stock and they are discontinued. I asked if the price would come down in the future as its been on clearance at that price for one month. He said to call the Store Manager Steve the following day and he might be able to do something to move the item. The following day I called and spoken to Steve about the item. He was pretty short with conversation from the start. I explained that I was interested in a discontinued item that had been on clearance. I asked would the price go down in the future because no one has bought it in the last month, He said NO that's a good price and it will sell fast at that price. I responded that no one has bought it in the last month and was curious if you would take $600. He said NO. I then asked if he would take my name and phone number if it would come down on price alittle as I'm interested. He responded again NO. I understand that prices are set for a reason but I won't go back. Rural King will get my business from now on.

So I can't speak for anyone else but my personal experience at this place today was absolutely terrible I went there last month to get wood pellets the Tractor Supply brand and they price matched it because every other tractor supply store was selling them for 469 a bag no issues and then I went back today I month later and they're telling me now that they cannot price match wood pellets the only thing in the store that they will not price match mind you so I drove 20 minutes to the store for absolutely no reason if you say you honor price matching then you should honor price matching and if you do something a month ago you should do it again today terrible business

The people at Tractor Supply in Eaton Ohio are the greatest because I'm in a wheelchair and I've gone in there several times and they have not look down at me they have not treated me any different as they would if it was an Able Body person the people are great lantastic willing to help considerate kind I love that place so I would recommend it if you're looking for anything for farming 2 horses dogs that kind of thing Tractor Supply Company is the place

They keep a lot of the things that are advertised in stock. They are well supplied, and staffed and 2 gentlemen gladly helped me load an air compressor without any wait at all. The compressor was a better bargain than the 1 at a competitor's that rhymes with nemards, and unlike the competitor, I didnt have to beg for assistance.

The cashiers are very nice and friendly. Especially Hanna, she is a very sweet girl and pretty too! Steve is always a big help also!
