Customer service was awesome, people there are knowledgeable as to what you need. Drove 45 minutes for a furnace motor capacitor and the lady already had it ready. Prices are affordable and the quality of product is great. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future .

Whenever I go in I receive a greeting almost immediately and asked how I can be helped. If I don’t know where an item is, they stay with me until it is found. Their prices are fair for a small-ish town store and their supply is generally very good. You expect prices to be a little more but the service and supply make it worth the difference.

There are three hardware stores all about the same distance from my house, but Ace in Eaton is the only one I will go to. Not because they have the biggest selection, but because they have the best people.. and a good selection, at good prices. Every time I go in there someone immediately greets me and offers to help me find what I'm looking for. That's not Unusual at a store, but what is unusual is that they will stay there with you and help you brainstorm ideas on how to complete whatever project it is your working on, and find you a selection of parts that might work. I almost feel obligated to give them credit for some of the ideas I've had and things I've built because they are always so helpful and polite. Thank you Ace Hardware in Eaton!

If you are in a hurry for something small then go here but if not go to bigger box stores. These people won't even come down anything on highly inflated prices that made me walk out of the store than buy it. I understand small business but they are 20-30 percent higher than the competition at most times.

They are awesome! I had a paint that did not match the swatch once it was painted on the wall. I called and they happily fixed it. They even let me choose two shades darker. The paint was koi orange and was yellow on the wall. Changed the color to poppy fields and it was so much better on the wall. I took photos and would post them but I can’t find where! Thank you so much!

If you are looking for a locally owned hardware store, Ace Hardware in Eaton, Ohio is the place to go. Staff are wonderful and always so friendly and helpful. We use Ace for all of our home improvement projects and would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend it. The owner has gone above and beyond for us. We were looking for a Traeger grill and be special ordered it for me and made sure I got the best price. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be back.

I stopped in to the Eaton Ace Hardware today.I knew I could get what I needed cheaper at Wal-Mart, but I like to give local businesses my business. Usually there are several staff to greet you and help you One hateful female clerk Had to ask her a second time to find my itemWhen I had a question; no help. Was rude checking out too. I felt I was truly in her wayThere were no other customers in the storeI have the advantage of taking my business else where. Was never treated so rude at this store.

I usually don't complain but I am disappointed . I am a loyal customer of ace and this is the first issue have had. but when you give someone a 50 and get back change for a ten there's a problem partly on me for being in a big rush but I don't lie and this should have been made right

I have never liked going into this store because they are so rude to women. We'll I went in yesterday (reluctantly ) I was treated horribly! The manager and two other employees were just leaning against the counter. I walked in, they ignored me. I asked where a specific item was located. One employee just pointed over his shoulder and said, "over there." This is absolutely no way to treat customers! We will never go in this store again!

I really appreciate the service and friendly staff. Last trip I bought 2 new key fobs for my car on line...knew I could program them but, forgot they had to be cut like any key. Took it to our Ace they solved my problem! Thanks!
