I stopped here on my way to a show in Greenville, OH, to get something to eat. Since they had Subway, which I get in Richmond, I decided to order that. I ordered a 6 in Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich, Baked Lays Chips, and a Coke Zero. My food was delicious, just like in Richmond. The place was clean, and it was well stocked with items for travellers. My only complaint was that if you are a Subway Rewards member, they will not scan the QR code on your phone. They will give you points if you are a Pilot Rewards member, but not if you are a Subway Rewards member.

This parking lot is a humongous traffic jam and trash is everywhere. Hopefully they clean it soon obtain a garbage permit for their dump of a parking lot

Showers too small.Entrance too small. Creating a backup onto the main road.Parking too small. Only about 20 spots.The food is not stocked at all, except subway.And fuel prices are higher here.

This location has Subway.It's a small Pilot, but I was still able to navigate the truck pumps with my 45ft fifth wheel. This location is very clean, and the employees are friendly and courteous. I don't have any complaints other than how small the women's bathroom stalls are. To get out of the middle stall, I feel like I have to straddle the toilet to open the door.

Worst pilot in the country. Only food is a subway not always open. Store is so small parking lot is horrible so in disrepair even in a semi it is horrible today none of the showers or toilets work. Workers had their kid with them at work. Seriously this truck stop should be closed permanently

A good place to stop for fuel and food. Easy access pumps. But beware, parking is a bit limited here. Facility appeared reasonably clean and well maintained. Subway restaurant inside.

Don’t even come here for diesel . Long lines, exit and entrance are same and tight you will be stuck in line waiting just to come close to pump. Windshield washers are not filled and empty so you can’t clean your windows. Messy place people are lazy here to change or clean.

It's a really really small pilot products you got to ask and I'll probably have them but in a small area because it Hello Kitty beanies parking lot it's not that big it's good for a quick stop and then on your way. Good thing inside you can find Subway and here there it does have its cat scale

Poor planning came up with this horrible parking lot layout. It’s the middle of the night and the only way out is backwards over the scale.The DEF nozzle has no auto shutoff, so I just donated a little into the ground water.This is NOT designed for trucks.

They have beer so that's a plus. Small pilot, not many spots unless you pay. Pumps work okay enough. It looks clean. I do like the coment about the building being remolded that was funny. Think it was supposed to say remodeled, what do you expect it's a small truck stop. Wouldn't expect any less if they mopped the floors with a used towel they picked up from the floor.🤣

Good location, first in on 70 East. Small lot, don't expect a parking spot after rookies park. 2 registers inside. Slowest I've ever been. Could use self checks. Subway so slow, I had to go. This place is to grab fuel n go. These employees don't understand trucker schedules. Slow Olympics here.

I have always been happy with the service from the employees. The only complaint that I have is that every time I come here to get gas, at least one of the pumps is not marked and is not functioning or functions but requires you to prepay inside. It's not a huge deal but can definitely been frustrating at times.

Probably the dirtiest gas station/rest stop I have been to in quite some time. Service was slow and literaly everything was dirty and not clean and half the gas pumps were out of service. Will never stop here again. Poorly maintained is an understatement.

Whoever designed the lighting in the main lot was clueless regarding glare. On a winter night it is almost impossible to use your mirrors to see what you're backing into. The light poles are too low and the "throw" of the illumination is too horizontal. Horrible design.

This place was way over priced for everything! It was like 2 dollars for a fountain soda. When they're usually under a dollar everywhere else! They have a Subway in the store that does not have freezes :( and their employees aren't so nice either!

Very small. If you're a truck driver looking to eat, they won't have any food whatsoever past 9: 00pm. The sign for the subway says they have sandwiches in the cooler, but they don't. Not even cold food cooler. Best to go across the street to the TA or somewhere else

1927 hrs and the SUBWAY is closing for the night because ‘I have to prep for tomorrow and can’t make any sandwiches’Reserved spot (I paid for) has someone else in it. I found a spot in dirt lot. They said they refunded my reservation…but it hasn’t credited to my card yet.

store is great! clean, staff is super friendly, food is good quality.truck pumps are old, dirty.truck lot is laughable.no room to stage trucks for pumps, minimal parking, entire property is much too small.private showers are nice, shower stalls are small, pathetic water pressure.water turns boiling when anyone else in the building flushes, and doesnt return to a decent temperature for 15-30 seconds. left shower not feeling clean at all.
