I can’t give them a zero star. Tired of fighting them to get my grandson’s medicine right. It’s special order so they need to order it a few days before the fill date but they won’t, so he runs out before it comes in. Then last month they gave us 6 to make it until the medicine came in, but we ran out 2 days before the medicine got there. They took the 6 off the total number for the prescription but didn’t change it back for this month, so they shorted us 6 this month. So tired of having to fight with them and watch them like a hawk. I thought this was what the pharmacist was supposed to do.

Made us wait for prescriptions that were previously called in by Doctor when I was at my appointment. Didn't start filling until after I arrived to pick up.

CVS in eaton ohio is great they know my name and they have my drugs ready when they say the people at CVS always say hi when you come in the door and the crew in pharmacy are polite and courteous
