I called to get the price of heating oil and the person who answered the phone was very short and gruff. He spoke very fast and had the tone that I was annoying him. I don't understand businesses who have such people answering the phones when a phone call to a business is a first impression to a customer. It seems common place anymore today that this is the normal. I guess I'm old fashioned because I still prefer dealing with someone who is pleasent and happy to help you out. I will not be taking my business there.

I got propane it is one of the best prices in town and you get a full 20 lb unlike when you buy Blue rhino or AmeriGss where you get 15 lb and it costs twice as much.
