Placed a mobile order for pickup. Picked order up and returned home. Order was missing chicken strips and the two hot dogs looked like they had been sitting on the rollers all day. Is that what we're supposed to expect for made to order food? Do better.

Clean fast service, reliable food and consistent. Staff is usually nice and helpful. Coffee is fresh brewed 24/7. Always open and clean bathrooms.

I called about a delivery order because the sheetz app was showing an incorrect delivery time (must have been a glitch because I got my food on time.)I spoke to Jinx and she was so nice and helpful, but could not find my order in the system. When I got my food there was a nice hand written note telling me that my order came through after the call. It had a smiley face and everything :) she did not have to take the time to write a note, so I thought that was really kind. Thanks Jinx!

I brought in lotto tickets while My boyfriend order food on the machine we went outside pumping gas. Went in for food and kitchen saying we didn't pay. Then they said they watched camera and a man took our food. I had to go tell my boyfriend this he had to argue with the girl saying his card numbers was on the receipt. Over 40 minutes for a small sampler basket. And he has work at 3 am.

I was informed by a friend that all Sheetz stores had $1.77 gas per gallon and when I arrived it had ended. Other Sheetz station was still offering the sale by those stores was 40-50 miles away from me.

I ordered a dark chocolate chip frappe. I told the lady when she handed it to me it was wrong and she insisted it was right. It was NOT. It tasted just like milk with no dark chocolate or chocolate chips. Everyone I order from here it is wrong. This Sheet just lost a customer!

Not a happy camper. I got the potato bacon bombsfrom the made to order and they were pretty much grease bombs instead of potato. Even the bottom of the bag was drenched with grease. They need cooked longer.

They are allways busy but they keep enough people on staff that you dont have to wait long and everything is allways clean and tidy.Thwy have never screwed up my order and they are very freindly. Very hard working an industrious employees.They have a nice little walk in beer cooler.Only thing that is missing is ice cream. They could definitely add an ice cream machine it would make this sheetz better.The parking lot lay out is not good though you might get trapped or stuck trying to get out for a long time. They may not be able to fix this because of the location but it is inconvenient.

Tried to buy a seltzer and cigarettes and they had a crisis because their dumb computer couldn't scan my I.d, tried telling me it was expired when clearly if you looked with your human eyes it isnt expired. They kicked me out for encouraging them to use their eyes to look at the expiration date. Traumatizing experience.

Order a totz platter which I always get at other locations. The pulled pork was absolutely spoiled, never seen green pork. Very disappointed with the service of this location.

I always love visiting another Sheetz. Drove across the state line 20 miles away to save 62 cents a gal. PennsyTucky gas prices are absurd.Very busy place but the staff stays on top of things so there isn't a very long wait.Kudos Sheetz!

went to sheetz and ordered a quesarito with steak and pork. when i went to eat it i noticed the pork was raw in some areas. so i went back into the store and told them they wouldn't even look at the food and just said thats how it always is. Will not be eating here again

Just waited 7 minutes to (not) get waited on. The woman working ignored me 3 times when I asked if anybody could wait on me. Walked out without being able to purchase anything. There were 5 other people not getting waited on.

Coffee is pretty good but the location and layout can be absurd. The traffic lights being there at the entrance causes it to back up into the lot. Poor city planning.
