I went to Giant Eagle in Calcutta day before yesterday and was surprised with the fantastic deals that I was able to get that day. First of all, they had cubes of Pepsi, Coke, Sunkist,A&,W Root Beer, Canada Dry ginger ale, Sprite, 7-up, Dr Pepper, Squirt, etc - Price was 2 for $10. Had to have the GE card, and limit of 6 per loyalty card. They also had pks of 6 to 8 pork chops managers specials that were totally awesome. I was happy that I was able to pick up quite a few fantastic deals. Thanks for that, especially so close to Thanksgiving.

People are kind. It's a little cramped in on really popular days of the week. You can do self checkout or can have someone do it for you. They have lots of selections off brand and name brands. The pharmacy is big have mostly everything. The beer and alcohol agency is nice inside. The deals are out of the world. Love giant eagle!

Never have what's on sale, on the first day of sale. Customer service woman with bleached hair and glasses is always rude ,even when she was in the deli.

I'm giving two stars because the employees are nice, but the management is horrible. The sale items advertised are perpetually out of stock. They need new management. They are always undersold.

Signage issue not handled correctly by customer service. The one employe, named Hattie, pretended to investigate the sign issue. I went to the sign, removed it, and handed it to the other person at customer service. Never employee apologized for the error.

Giant Eagle is my favorite grocery store. Clean, well lit, well stocked, and the variety of items is incredible. I live outside a very small town and my closet Giant Eagle is about 15 minutes away (in another small town) and I would normally never expect a grocery store of this caliber.Their produce is fresh, the deli is amazing, and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Do not order balloons from them! Ordered them for senior night. Balloons were barely inflated, the strings were short, and they were a fortune.

Excellent customer service! The store manager or someone in that similar roll named Chris today did a nice thing for me the customer. He did not have to honor a sale that couldn’t be filled but made it right. Thank you for thinking of the customer. I’ll always return. Not all giant eagles would have done this.

The grocery store will always have your most standard items but this store had some of the most tasty already made up fresh desserts and other dishes. If I didn't live out of state I would definitely go back for their desserts.

During these difficult times with inflation, I am happy to see fair prices on these shelves! I am also VERY impressed by their staffing. Their attitude is "How may be help you?" and they mean it! I have several small children and was accommodated by a member of their franchise to assist me to our vehicle with our groceries. I've also witnessed a member of their team leave their duties to run out to the lot for an electrical scooter for handicapped. The deli is quick and clean. The meat prices are very fair in comparison to most places, as well as fresh! Oh, and the godsend of a bakery they have!!! Fresh baked bread daily, donuts, cakes, all the goodies are just top of the line for me. Save your money and shop here!

I Used to love this giant eagle but now I go downtown. The self check outs close way before the store does and the people "bagging" don't put your groceries back in the buggy, at that point id like to do self checkout instead.

The store is always clean, well stock. Wonderful selection of vegetables, fruit and quality meat. Can be pricey at times but I look forward to chasing the great sales they have.

Extremely high prices but GE has always cost more so that's nothing new. The sales are what make it worth going. Don't do our regular shopping here due to the prices but we go when they have a good meat sale.

My lovely bride wanted me to stop by Giant Eagle to pick up some fish sauce and soy sauce. I saw soy sauce, but no fish sauce and decided to leave, not purchasing anything. I was very disappointed today. Oh, and yes, I did ask for help and the associate could not find any fish sauce either.

Very clean store. Has many varieties of foods/ethnic foods. They have a decent sized meat department and have a nice selection of seafood (though that causes the store to smell extremely fishy). The staff is very nice and the store clean.

Doing some grocery shopping for a few things I needed, they have a great selection of deli meats and cheeses. I get the Gouda Swiss cheese because it has a good flavor and taste to it. I also like that the selection of foods/ brands that Walmart doesn’t sell.
