It's really a hit or miss. Half the time my coffee tastes just right then the other half it's not at all what l ordered.Usually tasting really bland like they didn't put any cream or sugar in it when I always ask for extra of everything. (I order the same coffee each time on my app)Went back a day later and the lady at the window asked me if my order was "Jordyn B" and I said yes and she proceeded to say "sums that up" then turned and laughed with the other workers.Beyond rude and unprofessional.

Updated Review: (2024) This is an OK Dunkin. You might get what you ordered, you might not. It is the only location that perpetually tries to "correct" my order by telling me how I should be ordering my beverage.Today was yet another in a long line of incidents. I ordered a macchiato with lite ice and when they handed me the coffee there was no coffee in my drink, just milk and chocolate syrup. I had to pull around and go inside. The first person I saw at the counter ignored me and walk away so I went down to the pick-ups end and got someone's attention. I asked if any coffee had been put in my beverage since all I saw were milk and syrup. She snapped that of course she had put coffee in the drink. Another girl came over and offered to remake the drink which looked correct when she handed it to me. Had the first girl just admitted that the half full cup they had given me was missing the coffee I would not have been so upset but the remade beverage was fuller than the first cup and you could see the coffee portion.FYI if you request light ice you will be given a beverage that is about 2 inches from being full and the employees will be kinda rude about it if you question it.(Original Review from when this location first opened.) A great addition to our area. I go several times a week. Make sure to pay with the Dunkin Donuts ap to earn free drinks

I am a daily person at dunkin, and usually don’t have many problems. But for the 7th-8th time the last two weeks my order was completely wrong. The service is great but giving me a $2 item in place of a $5 item and not saying anything just isn’t cool. I spend a lot of money here, so some communication that my order was substituted would be sorta nice. To add I didn’t even get 4 bagel bites to compensate I got one in each bag. But other than that this dunkin is amazing and so are it’s people.

ONE STAR FOR DRINK QUALITY & CONSISTENCYI would say better training is needed. I realize this is a "fast food" type restaurant and not a Starbucks or coffee house BUT YOU CAN make a drink that has steamed milk without foam or over steaming.I ordered a large caramel macchiato and by the time I got home, 10 minutes, the foam had cleared and I was left with a 1/2 cup of drink. Ridiculous! This is far from the 1st time and has been complained about multiple times at the Lisbon and Calcutta location. Unfortunately Dunkin is our only local option currently. Also, consistency is an issue with many drinks here. Training..training..training.. The drinks have the same ingredients, same amount, and process, unless you ask to add something. Yet, seldom do you get the same taste. Either they are not following the ingredients measurements, not including them all, or not adding what you ask for, ex. Extra espresso.... They need to do better.

Just stopped in for coffee & donuts passing through. Very cute place. Has gas fireplaces to sit by and keep warm. Alot of tables. Clean. Cute little section by a fireplace with a kids table. Adult one on other side. Employees seemed friendly enough. Coffee was good. Donuts were fresh.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Cute area for kids by gas fireplace to keep warmWheelchair accessibility: Flat surface I don't see a issue using a wheelchair.

When they make my order right it's delicious! The turnover rate seems to be super high because there are always new people working. I'm assuming this is why my coffee doesn't always taste the same even though my order never changes. I still go every day.Not many food options and almost everytime I have bought munchkins they are stale. I always ask for an assortment and they never give the good flavors.Buy the coffee, go to Tim Hortons for donuts.

I went through tonight and everytime I go through around 9 or so i am told their computers are down for updating which is a bad excuse to being too lazy to put donuts in a box. So I had ordered half a dozen donuts, Dragon Fruit Refresher and a Matcha Latte. I had to order online since she wouldn't take my order in person. When I got home every donut in the container wasn't the ones which I ordered. They were hard and very distasteful. I will be going across the street to Tim Hortons from now on. No wonder they cant keep regulars.Parking: Small lot to park in

Coffee is as expected, what is really unacceptable is the attitude of the employees. No manners at all. When someone says thank you a “you’re welcome” And “have a good day” should be the least that happens. They want $15 an hour they should learn some customer service…

The last two times I've ordered have been so disappointing.I ordered two different donuts. They gave me two maple donuts without letting me know or asking if I'd like something else or a refund. I go in to explain what happened & they say "yeah we don't carry the ones you wanted anymore". That doesn't justify just giving me the wrong thing without asking.The time before last, I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, simple. I pull through and they hand me a black coffee. I asked for cream and sugar. They give it back to me & say "she thinks she may have given you tea, so check". What? Why not just make it from scratch? I taste it and it's coffee but very bitter. I ask if they put sugar in it. The cashier says she will make it herself this time. She hands me a third drink and I just leave. It is sweet tea with milk in it.Seems they have a lot of new staff right now and it's really poor management, too.

Ever since new management has taken control of this location, it is NOT the same restaurant that it was 6 months ago. The employees are great, they almost always have the flavors to sell, and they.. wait for it.. ALWAYS HAVE DONUTS!!! Flashback to 6 months ago and the previous management wouldn’t order any flavors, never had donuts, it was just a disaster. I remember asking for caramel in my hot coffee and being told the only flavors they had at the moment was vanilla bean and unsweetened hazelnut. GROSS. I haven’t had a single problem over the last few months and the workers have been on it! The manager herself helped me carry my large order to my car and I thought that was very kind of her. WATCH OUT TIMS DD IS COMING FOR YOU

I’ll start with the positives for this location. First off, everyone there is extremely friendly and seems genuinely interested in making sure their customers have a good experience. Unfortunately it’s all downhill from there. Why do I say this? Here are all the reasons:1. The wifi is unreliable at best, nonexistent at worst. This creates a minor problem if one is trying to actually to do work. Requests to look into this are acknowledged but not acted upon.2. Tables throughout this location aren’t wiped clean. I’d have a bit more understanding if it was early in the morning and they were busy, however it’s 4pm and the table next to me was dirty when I arrived and has remained untouched for well over an hour.3. I asked for a “lightly buttered” bagel. I’d take a picture to show all the “butter” I scraped off but that might be overkill.If this was the only time I've experienced these issues here I wouldn't take the time to write this however it always seems to be an issue here.

I went to this location and got 2 blueberry crisp latte. When they was handed to me in the drive thru They felt light! They was barely half full and the rest was foam. When I took them in and asked them to please remake one because I would just pour one into the other cup!So they remade the one handed it to me it was half full again. When I commented on how they was empty. The girl response was I can't help its half foam that's how it is made. So I paid almost $7.00 for 1 1/2 cups of coffee. Then when I got on the road. Neither had any flavor. This location, continues to give poor customer service and coffee in the evenings to their customers.

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts. Huge fan. The Chippewa Dunkin Donuts can't even get a regular cup of coffee right, so forget about a latte or cappuccino. The lattes and/or cappuccinos never hot and there is never any consistency in flavor, taste or temperature.
