I got a small blizzard & it was teeny tiny. Like a baby cup.... Next time I came I ordered a medium.... They again... Gave me the same size for a higher price. I got on the web site to show them the sizes & the girl got super rude with me & told me to eat elsewhere then. I went in to talk to a manager and the staff was talking about me & the manager was just as nasty. I'll never be back. & they should be ashamed ripping people off. I go to other DQs & the sizes are correct.

I recently visited the Dairy Queen in east Liverpool, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.First off, the service was abysmal. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of me, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to place my order. The staff seemed uninterested and moved at a snail's pace. When I finally reached the counter, the cashier was rude and dismissive, barely making eye contact and rushing me through my order as if I was an inconvenience.I ordered a classic cheeseburger meal and a Blizzard. When my food finally arrived, it was clear that it had been hastily thrown together. The burger was lukewarm, the cheese wasn't even melted, and the lettuce was wilted. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. To top it off, my Blizzard was more like a slightly cool milkshake—it was so melted that I had to drink it through a straw.The dining area was another letdown. The tables were dirty, and there was trash scattered on the floor. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this location. Even the restroom was in a sorry state—out of soap and paper towels, and the floor was sticky.Overall, my visit to this Dairy Queen was extremely unsatisfactory. Poor service, subpar food, and a dirty environment all contributed to a thoroughly unenjoyable experience. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well. Dairy Queen, you need to step up your game.

Kid at the register had no clue what he was doing. Took a very long time to get our 3 blizzards, and when we did get them, the girl did not flip them upside down like they are supposed to, which is probably a good thing because at least 1 was so melted it would definitely poured out. But at least the drive thru was getting fast service. Take care of the people that take the time to come inside too!! They should be a priority. Not sure I will be back to this DQ

Ordered a mini blizzard, a small blizzard, and a twist cone. Received a small blizzard and a medium both the wrong flavor, the cone wasn’t correct either. As soon as we tried to see what was wrong the employees were quick to fight. Not sure why you work in fast food or own a small business if you can’t interact with customers in a polite way?

What a joke of a place to the owner of this store I will like to ask just how un educated you are yes you own a business. But your business is slower than a nursing home. Your employees are absolute idiots but what can you do when you have an idiot in charge that idiot hires idiots. The service is trash I got laughed at for no reason at the speaker 😂 then when I went up to the window some girl with trashy tattoos asked what am I here for like uh maybe by food wanna be mgk😂 and I work at fast food so Ik how it goes your place and workers are just trashy you would find more intelligent people on a jackass set. And Ik some of the employees and boss may read these reviews from time to time Ik this bc I do at the fast food place I work. I usually always side with the employees but not this time .Ill say it again trashy place and trashy workers don’t spend money here.

My mother and I were going to get ice cream from here and we ordered a 3 piece chicken basket with ketchup and ranch, nutterbutter shake, brownie batter blizard, and a double dipped choclate swirl cone and when we got to the drive through window we recived the wrong drinks and the employees were rude And argumentative when we pulled out of the drive through we found out that there was no double dipped choclate swirl cone and no ranch. I being a responsible son tried walking into the resurant to resolve the ordeal in which they just ignored what i had to say. Some employees also decided to butt into the conversation and tell me what i did.

I just hope by now they got their one problem in the back under the prep table where you mostly deal with the blizzards. Other than it would be a great place to meet up with friends or coworkers have a chat just don't eat no food. This was a couple years ago.Parking: There is plenty of parking out from and if I'm not mistaken there may be some more in the back.Kid-friendliness: They host children birthday party's. I wanna say there is a room just got parties .

Went through the drive through and got 28$ worth of food for me and my wife and the guy in drive through was super rude we asked for extra cotton candy in the blizzard and was charged to have less in it and when asked to fix it wouldn’t we even offered to pay more then asked for our buffalo sauce we paid for and he wouldn’t give it to us and slammed the window in our faces when I asked for the receipt and wouldn’t return so we tried to call and ask another worker but he kept picking up and playing a loud noise in the phone from his cell phone waste of 28$ do not recommend to anyone !!!

Stop by this location for lunch August 18th. Both girls that took our order and brought the food our table were fantastic. It's good to go to a fast food restaurant and have someone that's so professional and great at their job. It's not something you see very often. I went to restroom to wash my hands and expected like all other establishments that it would smell and be dirty. This Dairy Queen had the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. Whoever runs this restaurant takes great pride and it shows. Thanks

Second time I have gotten a blizzard here and only the top half had stuff mixed in... see picture! this is more than half just plain vanilla. There was only 1 other customer and there were 3 people working!? I have been coming here for over 10 years but recently In the last few I have had nothung but bad luck and bad food here. If you want too comp me 2 blizzards I will consider coming back and changing my review, but only if you have changed too!

This place is disgusting. Three times that we've come here there has been hair in our food. There were two hairs in my daughters sundae this time. The one looked like a eyelash and the other was this one in the picture below.. He also told me that he didn't have to refund my money. He told me that it was a plastic shavings. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I had coupons for 4 and 6 piece chicken strip meals. With the 6 piece meal you could use a coupon for a free mini blizzard. If you got a drink with the 6 piece evidently you couldn't use the Free mini blizzard coupon.(There wasn't anything on the Free mini blizzard coupon saying that if you got a drink you, couldn't get the Free mini blizzard.) They gave us a drink cup to fill up. All of their pops were out. Charged extra for BBQ sauce. About 15 French fries with both orders. This was a horrible experience. I won't be eating at the East Liverpool location ever again.

I went in to order a birthday cake 2 weeks ahead of time. They were very helpful with me deciding what I had wanted the design to be. Once I had placed the order and returned 2 weeks later to pick it up, it was made by another employee. The design I agreed upon was not the same cake that I picked up. Th3 cake tasted alright but it wasn't worth the 60 dollars. The atmosphere very clean, typical Dairy Queen.

We ran through the drive thru for some pretzel sticks and milk shakes. Service was quick but they forgot our sauces for the pretzels so I had to go in. There were people who had been waiting for someone to take their order for 10 minutes..I stood there for 5 minutes and then got someone's attention in the back so we could head home and the others could get waited on. Seems like they are understaffed.

I have a friend there and she just follows the rules too much. I thought we were cool but turns out i’m not loved enough by her for some extra love on my blizzard. :/ she even had the audacity to forget my toast but she did give it to me a different time. i still haven’t gotten my bbq tho. tragic.

Their prices are a little steep but the food quality is worth it. Never had a bad experience with them. Reading the reviews someone mentioned the cashier being high. Well in that case pray for the person instead of exposing them. Never know why people do what they do and how they end up the way they currently are. At least the cashier is working so that's a good thing because there's always room for improvement. Uplift each other instead of dragging each other down. Be blessed everyone.

It's weird. It's a DQ. It should be great. But the atmosphere in the place is so dreary. The employees appear to hate being alive. They also seem to hate customers bothering them.

Went here after a family event. We spent over 40 dollars for four small blizzards, hot fudge sundae, two chicken sandwiches , five waters, and two orders of bread with gravy. First off, we only ordered one sandwich but that was not a big deal. So we got our food and they didn’t give us our waters so we asked she said we only paid for 3 so then we had to PAY for 2 extra ones which water was 40c a piece. Also as we were paying the guy with us had asked for extra fudge she charged us for two extra sides of fudge which was an extra two dollars. Then we also looked they charged us for sprinkles on a kids cone. Not only that my mom had ordered a Heath blizzard she only had a small amount of heath on the top and then the bottom was vanilla so she went up and asked about it and they said that, that is how much they put in so she asked for a small side of some heath to put in her blizzard they made her pay an extra dollar for the tiniest bit of heath. Then I ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake and there was no cheesecake in it. My friend also ordered a chocolate brownie extreme and she also had no brownie. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!! charges you for stuff you already payed for or should have gotten with the order!!

Compared to the DQ 1 mile away in Wellsville it was sad to say the least. Got a strawberry sundae with pecans at both places. The one from Wellsville was no lie twice as big with twice as many strawberries and whole pecans where they had like dust mugged with ear wax or something. My wife's blizzard was barely half mixed and they didn't even flip it. I heard a while back it was ran by a child. I sure believe it now. Oh yeah it was more expensive too. Well never even consider going back. Save on disappointment and keep traveling another mile to wellsville dairy queen you will thank me.
