I was camping near this store and ran out of propane. They were open till 9 pm but said propane fill closed at 7pm. At 8:19 pm Very respectful asked the manager if he would please make an exception til that to please fill my propane. His response when I got on the him on the phone. “ No can do it’s closed, if you would have been here before 7 pm would be happy to do it.” Well cold morning shower it is thanks Frank!!! 👍🏻

Walked in and went back where the faucet washers are and couldn't find what I was looking for. So I walked back up front and asked a guy and he pointed to where they are and I said I looked already and couldn't find what I needed. He rolled his eyes at me and walked back and after two minutes looking he tells me he wished I would of taken the washer off the stem and didn't offer to get a screwdriver to remove the screw. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then he tells me to go to Milligan hardware. I'll never walk into that place again.

I went in the store to get a pipe fitting. An elderly man was working at the back counter. He was on his cell phone. Acted like I bothered him when I asked for help!! Wasn't people friendly . Seemed like he's miserable

Wish I could leave a 0 star review some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life: store manager is unprofessional and unwilling to work with customers. Will not be going back. Store refused to take back a returnable item.

This place is really helpful. The employees don't run the other direction when they see you like some of the other box stores. Plus the coupons I get in the mail give me an excuse to buy something I may not NEED but I want and can get a % off.

The service here is superb! I drop off UPS packages all the time and it amazes me how someone is immediately there to help. Have questions? Need help finding an item? Just ask… you can never go wrong shopping Ace!

Stopped to fill my propane tank for my outside grill, clerk was pleasant and helpful in explaining a program the have after getting a number of fills of propane you the 6th fill for free. This is all on 20 lb tanks.

I like the store great selection, almost always have what I'm looking for. Greg the manager could improve his customer service skills, or it might be me? Everyone else in the store is very helpfully. And the Manager sets the tone for that.

Do they train people to be extreamly rude here? Everyone I interacted with while renting a uhaul including two of the kids that were working at the front desk, one in the morning and one at night. Everyone there seemed like it was such a bother to them to be helping me. And God forbid I bring a truck back after the uhaul guy is gone for the night and then ask where to put the key and just how the payment goes thru. I mean the kid looked at me and said "what do you need".There was one gentleman that came our at the last minute to explain to me exactly what to do and everything. Litterally the only person there with any sort of courtesy for a customer. Maybe train your staff better about customer service or just hire more friendly people. Either way, I'll take my business else where.

Ace Hardware really surprised me. Because there are locations across the country, I was expecting the employees to be typical chain store zombies.I was delighted to find that the people in the store were very knowledgeable, not only about the location of specific items, but of details about those particular items. From doorknobs to mailboxes, these folks know what they are talking about.I'm refurbing a 40 year old home and Ace has become my go-to for hardware and advice, much to my surprise and delight.

Big clean store. Recently expanded. Employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable! You actually feel like a valued customer in this store! They have just about anything that you would want in a hardware store. I won't be going back to the big chain stores anytime soon!

This was an excellent place to visit very knowledgeable staff. I happen to be one of the first customers that has taken advantage of a propane filling station where you can actually get your bottles filled rather than having the exchange programs at busy Beaver does. this is the only place that I know of in the general neighborhood that fills the bottles.They had a very expensive selection of items and Hardware and everybody was extremely friendly. It was funny to watch the young kids trying to figure out how to understand how to fill a propane tank according to weight.I now understand why some people have a hard time computing very simple mathematical problems because they did not have a calculator and they could not even do it on paper and pencil.That is side I would wholeheartedly recommend this store for all of your household and Hardware needs.

Putting mower together in front of main door. Ask clerk where dryer vents was That was standing around she told us instead of taking us back to them. Complain to another clerk and ask to see manager she said I am the manager today ROFLMFAO. What a dedicated staff.told her they need to find someplace else put things together. She said they were busy and no room . Half the staff standing and setting around. Two rooms in back and fenced in area to put things together. Go figure!!!!

Was in Boardman, called ahead to see if they had Murray circuit breakers. They said they did. Instead of stopping up there, I stopped here on my way home. They didn't have them. They wasted my time and now I can't wire in my heater that I need today.

I have never been disappointed when I go to this store. Everyone is so helpful. I haven't shopped anywhere else since I started going here. I truly hope that the rumors are true and that they are expanding the store. A+ customer service.
