After moving several other appliances out of the way the helpful gentleman led me to a lesser priced washing machine. It was an older model but I was in need shortly before Christmas. As nice as they looked the newer machines out front were a bit out of my price range. He loaded the older model onto my truck as I walked to a nearby ATM (they don't accept cards). They associates were very helpful and kind. Although my washing machine is old it washes excellent! It even has a prewash setting which is very handy with pets (and boys)

Rude and will sell you the wrong parts on purpose. These are disgusting people. Sold us the wrong parts called to talk about it. I needed a thermal fuse they had already known this prior because we had already told them the problem. They sold us a thermostat knowing if we opened it they wouldn't take it back. I called to complain they wanted to come out and service the dryer for more money I refused. So the guy got real smart and told me to take the thermal fuse and slam it on the ground it'll work.

Norm is the best. I’ve never known anyone who had a bad experience here. I’ve bought several machines off of him over the years and between home and business have him repair at least a couple times a year. He’s fair, prompt and affordable. Awesome place!

Bought a washer here used it a couple time it broke down then I called to check on a warranty they told me bring it down they would take care of and they did for more money !Should of just bought a new one !They should have told me up front it was going to cost me more money !Never again will I deal here!
