I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to Walmart! The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The clothing section was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of styles and sizes available. I was able to find some great deals on high-quality items, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, I was impressed with the improvements I saw in this Walmart location and will definitely be back for my shopping needs!

It’s always great visit Walmart it’s my past time after work and the people here are always great and helpful . Restrooms are always clean. The store feels more open and inviting. Generally, there’s plenty of parking carts are removed off the ground great place.

It strikes me that they don't teach the staff to say I don't speak Spanish and when they try to serve you, some of them tell you (no Mexican), this being something that is not understood since there are many Latin Americans. nationalities, when I heard that the first worker told me that he was not Mexican, I felt insulted, but when another worker told me I understood that they don't know how to say, sorry, I don't know how to speak Spanish. .

Great pharmacy, friendly staff. Had to reduce to three stars because I showed up on Sunday in the morning. No one was working electronics to allow me to get ink out of the case. Waited 25 minutes then left and just waited for best buy to open next door. You need to staff sections that have security boxes when you open, or specify different hours for electronics.

I am from Nashville and I bought a few items for my sick child and when I left the store a rude male employee at the grocery side entrance door stopped me and forcefully demanded to see my receipt while multiple other customers walked out around me. He had been scrolling on his phone in the subway and hadn't even stopped to help a customer who had spilled something.I had texted my receipt to my phone and it wasn't pulling it up. He then dragged/pulled my cart with my 5 items in it, to the customer service counter again while multiple other customers walked out without their carts/receipts being checked.He then tried to cut in line at the customer service counter and the lady there told him he would have to wait his turn due to others being ahead of us.I was able to update my app and pull my receipt in that amount of time while he was standing way too close to me and the cart with my items I had purchased and my wallet and was giving me zero personal space! I showed him the receipt on my phone and he condescendingly and rudely smirked at me and told me to "have a nice day". I've never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally, and felt so unsafe around this male Walmart employee.I unfortunately had to go back into the store to collect my daughter. But your customer service manager who was very gracious and kind and told me that he was not the manager at the time.I understand why Walmart is doing this with all the theft around the country. But the policy needs to be adjusted so as to not encourage your customers to text their receipts to themelves just in case there are technical issues while they are inside your store.Again, 4 or 5 another customers walked out the door while he was dragging me through this and they were not able to have their receipts checked.

You people are the absolute worst ever! I believe it’s time to get someone legally involved. You rip customers off daily and sell expired food and are the nastiest group of people I have ever encountered wow really. Excuse is due to remodeling. So done with this place they need to get rid of every sarcastic shmuck in this place and get people who really care for Their customers and employees.

This walmart has got to be the worst walmart I've ever been to. Everything is always out of place and trashed and out of stock. The selection of groceries is few and far between and they used to be the go to grocery for anything and nowadays you'll be lucky to find what you're looking for. They also got rid of the self check out in this store most likely because of the area its located in being some what "ghetto" which is a major inconvenience for those of us who are just trying to buy a few things and get out. You're guaranteed to spend at least 45 mins here every trip no matter what.

Sometimes they don't give me all of my items. Last time I got a large pack of TP. My Husband picked up the order (he didn't know what I got). When it arrived, no toilet paper. I checked my order and was charged. I tried to get a refund but couldn't.

I had order a new release book of house of flame and shadow. The book said it was sold out / missing. When i looked at the store amount they said they had some in store. When we went looking for the book in the book section. The New released books were hidden behind political republican books. like a total of 8 of them hidden. This walmart and their employees deceives customers and their orders, just so they have an advantage of getting it first. This is ridiculous and on called for. Walmart and their employees should be ashamed of themselves. wish i could give less than 1 star. they lied to me, and gave me the run around!

I live very close to this Walmart so it is convenient. The store is newly renovated and overall clean and has good selection. But I have had multiple incidents where I have bought expired stuff and didn’t realize until I went to use it. First was the mango salsa they sell near the deli. That was expired by a few weeks. Next was pumpkin Greek yogurt that I bought in early January and the expiration date was mid November of 2023. I didn’t realize until AFTER I ate one. And the most recent is I bought the market place queso and the safety seal was removed before I ever used it. I also didn’t notice this because I was too busy making sure the expiration date wasn’t passed. This store is fine if it’s an emergency but I shouldn’t have to check the expiration date on everything I buy.

This place needs help big time this is a so-called superheated with about 10 handicapped riding carts. The funny thing is that 9 of them are broken!!! Now I think we should have more than 1 working cart. After all, it is Christmas time, and some of us old handicapped people like to shop Walmart . The manager needs to get these fixed . I asked to speak to the manager 3 times with 3 different people and never got to speak to a manager 😕

Made an appointment online and showed up for it. I was informed by desk person that there is a back log. After I had repeatedly told my name and my reason of appointment, he keeps say my appointment is for tire installation. So I had to correct him I am only here for oil change. Then, he tells me he is about 1.5 hour wait. No apologies for delay and this person may not have lived in USA for a long time but he should have explained and apologized for delaying. After all, I did show up for my appointment on time and he was not ready for it.

This store hide its copies of House of Flame and Shadow behind other books and marked them as out of stock even though they had 6+ copies. Seems to me like employees were hiding them for themselves. This was very disappointing considering how sought after the Walmart special edition is.

I hate Walmart. I had to run here because I was buying a birthday gift. I was looking at kids toys because it was for a kids birthday party and while I was standing looking at the toys, a Walmart employee decides to squeeze behind me with a shopping cart and it causes me to walk back into it. Instead of saying “Excuse me” before she came through or just going to a different isle to go on her break she just does that. She didn’t even say sorry she just looked at me. I only went here because It was on a whim and I had a gift card which did not want to work. This location is such a joke. Employees ignore you and treat you like you are always in the way.

I've been to this location multiple times because it is convenient to pick something up quickly on the way home. However, after several months of regular visits both during and now after renovations I can confidently say this is one of the worst Walmarts I've frequented, and I am starting to dread coming here. This isn't based on just a one-off bad experience but rather many unpleasant interactions here.Plenty of cashier staff that mostly stand around either ignoring you or acting like TSA officers ordering you around and asking invasive questions. The final straw was that a couple days ago I bought some coffee creamer from here that was expired (by more than 6 mo!) and when I went to return them, the entire customer service desk was shut down (it was about 6pm) and I was told it was closed and nobody would help me process my returns. I asked when it would be staffed again and was told they don't know, but maybe tomorrow?In general, it's all a mess, from service to inventory, and I recommend heading to any of the other grocery spots nearby instead if you can.

I came to get some tires I ordered replaced. The front desk was very chaotic. The employee didn't speak clear English, so some customers were having issues understanding him. This made the wait longer, and he was the only one there most of the time. There was another employee, a woman, but she was only at the desk a few times. I'm short periods of time. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get 3 tires on my car. Just seemed very unorganized. At times no one was at the desk at all as pictured

As far as the Walmart Goes that you're running the mill Walmart Nothing special Period There were a nice Couple of ladies in there Helps me and didn't make me feel like it was a hassle For them When I asked If they could assist me getting into one of the cases for an item And then one of the ladies also worked the register And was very pleasant there And efficient at a job

Very hard to get anyone to help you. Very few speak English, always on their phones, sitting around and ignoring you even when you ask for help. They just walk away. Really sad. I know it's hard to find employees but those that come in should at least have to meet a standard

If you need to buy an item that's locked up on a shelf you have to stand in the customer service line and they will page the person with the keys. You will be waiting for 20 min in an aisle.

I went to this Walmart @ open todaySelf checkout wasn’t open worker said that it will be 5 minutes or so 12 minutes later still not ready went to the customer service counter Libby couldnt be bothered to look up while writing her schedule down to help me out and then gave me attitude when I asked if she could check me out , first it was I hope you have a card cause we don’t take cash this early in the morning nothing but attitude ..even if you dont like your job you could still be an adult about it pretty bad experience or Walmart specially, early in the morning people need to get yourself checked and do your job the right way. Epic failure. and this is why people hate Walmart.

Had an order payed for same day delivery and when they were less than a minute away I got an email saying they tried to deliver but couldn’t. They couldn’t deliver since they didn’t even come into the parking lot let alone into the hotel first and last time I will use and pay for the delivery.

The staff lack interest and willingness to assist, often facing shortages of essential items. The curbside service leaves much to be desired, although there are ample self-checkout options. Remarkably, I managed to complete a produce purchase within a mere 3 minutes, from my car and back.

OK this is one of the worst Walmart ever, let me tell you why.Went there looking for a TV. ran across 7 people/staff that work there, none of which could speak English or at least that is the game they play.Finally found a lady who does speak English to help me. She admitted that ya it is that way there.Going to the check out line with about 20 check out area, none of which are open so you have to do self check out. This is a problem when you have kids with you and a basket full of stuff.NEVER GO HERE!
