We live 5 min from this store and when we first moved here this store was fabulous. They have spent all this money remodeling the store and then have 3 self-serve registers open at 8:50pm with more than 10 people in line all the way back to the produce section. What is going on Walmart? I'm a regular customer but until you start hiring some help and opening up some registers, I'm going to drive a little further and go back to shopping at Meijer. I like this Walmart. The only negative thing is the self-checkout because the person did not speak English well. I tried to ask him about the bag policy, regarding "bringing your own bags". See at Kroger, you have to push a button that states that you are using your own bags.The store was well stocked.There were no employees in any of the departments I visited except for the deli. I needed assistance in the clothing department, the personal care department and the garden center, & no employees were found to assist me.They were employees near the cashiers who were disengaged.Phones should not be allowed in the workplace unless it is an extreme emergency. If you are going to be on your phone while on the floor, you need to step away from customers.

The store is under construction for renovations but still open. I believe this is only during the evening hours to impact less people. They were very nice and friendly and seemed to take extra precautions to lessen the impact on their customers. This was much appreciated. They also seemed to have lots of training going on wirh their associates. Again I consider this a huge plus they appear to be investing heavily into the stores appearance and customer service. I am only in the area on a business trip. I look forward to my next visit to see the finished product.

Cashiers barely ever on shift. Long lines at self checkout. Happens very often at this Walmart. They should probably install more self checkouts if this is the way of the future. Thanks! Wow I've come back here numerous times for over a year now and it's always like this. There needs to be managers opening checkout lanes or open another self check out on the other end. Theres literally only one check out open besides this small self checkout, STILL!*finally, a year or 2 later, they have added a 2nd self checkout area and it has slightly improved the checkout experience. I'll add 2 stars to my review because this has improved my experience at this Walmart.

Never any cash registers open, and when there is. It's never enough, which forces the self check out to be 10-15 minute wait on some days, 5-10 minutes wait on better days. Shelves are always poorly stocked, yet when you ask an employee where something is, they know the majority of most items location. The receipt checkers can watch someone check out with 10-15 items from a cashier and still ask to see your receipt. Someone can check out with 20-30 items with a cashier and still get stopped. The receipt checkers are only supposed to stop people they think are stealing. that's if the suspicion is worthy and deemed appropriate. But when someone is checking out with three items and they watch the person who monitors those self-check out stations, help check out said 3 items, cash out, get a receipt, and still be stopped. Absolute waist of time and money.

It's okay. However, they pretty much only ever have the you scans open, and employees will follow kids around recording them like they are Terrorist. I watched one follow my 14 year old son, not realizing i was his mom to a point where i actually had to tell them to stop and get away from my kid. They constantly stop you at the door to look at your receipt if they all aren't just hanging out at the you scans completely ignoring customers. it is clean most of the time so that's a plus.

Don’t waste your time. I drove 20 minutes to this Walmart for a specific item. I went up to customer service and asked for help at the jewelry counter. Waited 15 minutes and went back over to tell them I had not been helped yet. Then they paged again and I waited another 15 minutes, still nobody. I asked for help from one associate and they were super rude and said “well I don’t know what to tell you” and threw their arms up. The two coaches that were working tonight sent the only associate who helped me on a wild man hunt for a key. I hate to be a Karen, but this Walmart was one of my worst shopping experiences.

This walmart sucks, you will always have to wait at least 5 mins to checkout, there’s COUNTLESS employees standing all around but none of them do anything to help, instead of paying people to stand around, why don’t you open a couple registers?

What they have done with the self checkout system makes this the slowest Walmart to leave in Columbus. Plan to have a extra 25-35 mins to go through any checkout

I use to really enjoy coming to this walmart but alot has DEFINITELY changed beginning with terrible terrible customer service. I was returning 1 item with no one in line & the two muslim young women were asking me how much i paid for each quantity like it was like it was a math test!?..I was extremely confused as to why they were quizzing me. I felt like they were trying to insult my intelligence. It was very strange & made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So I won't be returning.

I was at walmart store 7730 sawmill and i saw how the team leader DEDE. Spoke to the employees how rude she is . Like traiting slaves not employees.

Someone should train the plainclothes Loss Prevention/Security staff here to be a little less obvious and oppressive when profiling and following the people they are targeting through the store. It is offensive and disturbing, as well as transparent. Not all people who are of ethnicity different from those of the lily-white LP folks are criminals. Back off and stop making us feel self-conscious.

I want to recognize “Susan” the all star manager that could have avoided this soon coming attention , that this location and herself will be getting.I came in today 1/23/24 and scanned a item with my Walmart app, liked the price and proceeded to checkout, the item came up $80 over what the Walmart app showed, she scanned it and guess what her price came up the same as mine. But get this, she wouldn’t honor the sale price because it wasn’t in stock online……. So Walmart loves to offer false advertising, enjoy your meeting with the BBB. 👍🏽

It’s a good Walmart in the Dublin area. They have pretty much everything you need. Very clean and well organized. Not all the shelves were full though; they were out of some products.

Pretty nice sized Walmart. They sometimes have things that our local one from another town doesn't. Nice selection of food in the grocery department. Only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because sometimes it's messy & I know it's hard to keep up with everyone so I don't hold it against them too much. But it's also very loud, customers arguing about different things with the workers. Especially about showing receipts at the door. I don't understand why people get so mad & I know it's not the stores fault but we've heard really loud screaming matches the last 3 out of 5 times we've been there! It's a little bit much lol.

A typical Walmart experience. In the process of getting my son's bedding for college I came across an entire shelf with bed in a bag sets for prices ranging from 14.97 to 21.95. When I was checking out the price came up as 36.95. I explained to the cashier that particular set was marked as 14.97. The cashier called a supervisor over who said she would go and look. When she returned she said the price was 36.95 and clearly marked. I did not bother to argue. But I did not purchase the set and purchased something similar at Target. This is a common occurrence at any Walmart. This is either incompetence or done by design with the belief the customer will purchase it regardless of the price. I really enjoy shopping at this Walmart store. The Walmart guys are so nice. Every time I visit this store, the staff at Entrance always says, 'Wellcome to Walmart' with A BIG SIMILE, which makes me very happy. Another staff member, Saber, is also very patient and friendly and gave me some very useful suggestions during my shop. It's a nice talk with him during my last visit!

This is Walmart super center as the name suggests this is big store with all the sections available. This has big garden center, pharmacy and vegetable/ fruits. If you live in Dublin then you should visit this store. As usual great prices and friendly staff.

Walmart has a lot of generic products other stores do not have. I am able to buy a lot more for less & have never noticed a difference between brand name & their generic brand. The store if organized well & the app will tell you what aisle you can find a product. Whenever I have needed help, the employees always go above & beyond to try to help me. When there, this location has delightful & fast check out personnel. And if you do self check out, there is always someone there who can help you quickly if need be. The store is always clean as well.

I can not believe that Walmart would allow people to sit in the store and poach their shoppers. I was doing some shopping at this location and was approached by two men asking me to give them information on my power company. When I told them no, they followed and continued to hound me. As if shopping at Walmart isn't bad enough- they never have any lanes open with cashiers and things are thrown everywhere- now I have to duck people trying to sell me something too. Have a little class, Walmart.

Wonderful ❗ I found everything I needed and somethings I didn't... I always have a good time in the Clearance section tonight, I found a small strobe light I know someone who will get a "kick" out of it..certainly, it will give her a big laugh. The 3 staff persons I dealt with were so helpful and professional.

Just changed from 1 star to 5. They're under new management and they're doing tons of stuff to step up their game. They actually have actual check out lines open & manager was extremely helpful rather than extremely rude just a couple months ago. Big thanks to Steve
