We boarded our three dogs with Pampered Pets during our last vacation. Drop off and pick up are very easy and flexible. The dogs came home happy and healthy with all of their toys, blankets, and leashes, and the rates were very affordable! This is now our first choice when we board our dogs.

I called to make an appointment to see Pampered Pets' location for kennel and grooming services. The person who answered the phone neither identified herself nor did she indicate in any way that I had reached Pampered Pets. Once I'd confirmed I'd reached the correct place, I asked to schedule a time to visit. The person on the phone rather brusquely told me they're very busy and she seemed a bit put out by my request! Then she abruptly told me they are not accepting new clients for grooming, which is not reflected anywhere on their web site. To be honest, I'm quite taken aback - the web site and Google reviews seemed to reflect excellent service. We were looking for a family run kennel and groomer, thinking we'd develop a more personal relationship than from a larger commercial entity. (We have a rescued senior Pom who is sensitive.) It is possible I caught her at an inconvenient moment; if so, she could have let my call go to voice mail and gotten in touch with me at a better time. I'm very disappointed and would not consider leaving my dog in their care.Postscript - 7 July 2022As may be seen, below, I received a timely and very gracious email from the owner of Pampered Pets, which is much appreciated. We take our 2 two Toy Poodles there for grooming and she is by far the best of all groomers we have been. Our dogs are never nervous about going and they practically look like show dogs when they are done. Highly recommend for grooming, we have not boarded there, but probably would if the need arises.

Been coming here for 4 years and I love it. The dogs get excited to come here and are eager to get in the place and see there friends. Owners make me feel like I'm dropping my dogs off with family.

First time in a kennel for my 1 yr old golden. He seemed happy and calm when we picked him up. Owners were gracious when I called for an update on how he was doing, and that meant a lot to me.

My dogs have stayed multiple times for short and long term stays. They are treated very well, are happy when they are there, and I feel 100% comfortable with their care.
