Bought supplies for a underground electrical outlet at end of September 2023. Ground froze before project was complete. Tried to return a couple of items on 4-26-24. I have receipt and Manager refused to even give me store credit($70) for the $200 plus in material I needed to finish the job. I've returned items to Menards after a year. I've never had a issue like this at Lowe's.Also just drove to another Lowes there are a few in Columbus. Refund, no questions! Guess it's a store issue not a company problem.

I will never EVER shop at the Dublin Lowe’s or any Lowe’s ever again. The lawn and garden manager disposes of active nests of bird species that are protected under the migratory bird act. Robins, mourning doves, finches. Disgusting. Shame on you Lowe’s

My Father in Law is a navy veteran and he went to Lowe’s 3/18/24 to register for the military discount. Not only were the two older women helping him incredibly disrespectful, they also provided no assistance to him. He ended up leaving and going to HOME DEPOT as a result. I called a few minutes ago and was on hold for the next representative when they hung up on me. I am documenting this so the manager of the Sawmill location can advise these employees on how to treat people with respect. Especially A VETERAN.

Lowe's has decent products for decent prices, which is why I keep going back. Since I walked in the door this time with my own man attached, we quickly got attention from their sales force. Lowe's sales force has for years for ignored me when I walk in the door without my own man attached. That dynamic is disgusting. I actually have more mechanical and construction knowledge and skills than the attached male I entered the store with.

Our water heater broke and I contacted Lowe's to set up an appointment to get quoted on a replacement. They sent out Rescue Rooter to quote me on a replacement. They quoted $5,000 to replace the water heater, which I knew was ridiculously marked up immediately but because I am a woman living in a nice house, the man assumed he could rip me off. I asked him to leave and he immediately asked if I had other quotes, I said "yes", and he asked me what my lowest was. I said "$4,000" which wasn't even true, I just wanted him out of my house. He immediately said "I'll do it for $3,400". I'm not sure how me having another quote made this $1,600 cheaper but I will never support Lowe's or Rescue Rooter again.

All the staff here is good but special shoutout to Blinds department John. John was amazing to work with. He was very patient, gave us plenty of options and clear idea about all the products. He guided us through the process very well.

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, my experience with employee John from the Blinds/Curtains was so great that I had to rave about it somewhere! He was very professional, extremely helpful, and friendly. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs window fixtures. Lowes Sawmill, this guy deserves a raise and praise!

Recently moved to the area and was excited for a Lowes nearby since I've only had Home Depot available previously. I'll keep coming back for your better quality lumber but I'm going to stick to Home Depot for all other needs since I'm already familiar. Same problem with all the big box stores, your associates don't know what products you have or where they are. And apparently they don't have in store P.O.S.'s with accurate inventory information compared to the website, which at least Home Depot associates are equipped with.

I recently became responsible for tending to our large & overgrown yard. I did some research online & then went to Lowe’s with my questions. The person I spoke with was very helpful & knowledgeable. And more amazing, he was honest with me about what I needed & didn’t try to get me to purchase more expensive or extra items. He even told me I most likely didn’t need to pay for their protection plan because it doesn’t kick in until after the 5 year factory warranty. As a woman in a hardware store, I was pleasantly surprised with how much respect I was treated with. I would recommend this store especially for people who may need some information or help regarding their needs. The store was clean & well organized.

After the catastrophe with Appliance Factory, Sheri at Lowe's helped me over the phone and when I showed up in store she was even better. Gave my measurements of the fridge needed and bam, 8 minutes out the door with next day delivery, and let me tell ya, she rocked it

I recently made a trip to Lowe's in search of some tools for my home improvement projects, and I have to say, their selection and customer service were top-notch. I purchased a leveler, and not only was it of high quality, but it was also reasonably priced. The accuracy of the leveler has made my DIY tasks so much more straightforward and the results professional-looking.Additionally, I picked up a sponge, and it turned out to be surprisingly durable and effective. You might think there's not much to say about a sponge, but this one absorbed well and withstood multiple uses without falling apart, which isn't always the case with other brands. Lowe's continues to be my go-to place for home improvement needs, and their consistent quality and excellent in-store experience prove why they're a cut above the rest. Highly recommend!

John and Herman measured our windows and walked through the multitudinous steps of choosing and ordering window blinds. Both these men are spectacular and patient, as well as incredibly detail oriented. They made this process very straightforward and as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommend Herman as home measurement guy and John as the incredibly calm and patient guy to walk through all the options and place our order. Lowe's hires the best guys for this difficult job!

I can't ever just go & leave with the one item I came for. I always end up having an overflow of creative juices while shopping there! So many projects and ideas start flowing & then I end up folding the seats down in my Sedan & loading 10ft boards through my trunk & into the main cabin, efficiently setting on the dash. Back seat loaded with foliage & other random finds of all shapes & sizes! Thank GOD my windows have dark tint...🤣

Good products, but service is much poorer than it used to be. Had to go hunt down an employee to answer my questions on a dehumidifier. No full service checkouts were open, so I had to use self check out, which was CC only. And then I had to get someone to put it in my car because my back is fractured.

An associate was actively helping me locate an item, but he couldn't find it either. When he reached out to a pair of passing managers, they blew him off and told him to look where it should have been. It wasn't there. We already knew that. They treated him in a very condescending manner. I was embarrassed for him. They eventually provided him with a different electronic device to use to search. He was able to find it in a different aisle, on the top, still in boxes, and not stocked in its location yet. The associate found a cherry picker, strapped in, and retrieved it for me. I was thankful for his diligence in helping me find what I needed. As managers in a retail environment, those leaders did NOT set a good example for their staff or their customers.

Worst appliance delivery store. I ordered a dryer on a Tuesday and was told delivery would occur on Thursday. I was told dryer duct tube and clamps must be included per store policy. On Thursday the dryer arrived and two Lowe’s delivery people removed my older dryer and placed the new one in my basement. In a short time they installed the dryer, but then left without saying a word to me. I inspected their work, and noticed they installed the new dryer onto my old duct tube. I also noticed the dryer was not latching correctly due to a missing piece on the dryer.I contacted Lowe’s and was directed to call a different customer service line and explained the situation. Lowe’s said someone would come out on Saturday and replace the dryer and install the duct tube and clamps. On Saturday, a replacement dryer arrived; however, the Lowe’s delivery men told me that they didn’t have a tube or clamps. Again, the 2nd new dryer was attached to my old duct tube.I called Lowe’s and said I was prepared to dispute the charge on my credit card based on their faulty dryer, failure to supply me with parts I purchased, and persistent failure to install the new dryer to a new duct tube (store policy). Lowe’s customer service told me I would receive a refund for the parts that I never received and someone would contact me about receiving something for my inconvenience in the form of store credit. Shortly after a manager called and said I would receive a refund for the parts. No one else contacted me following this conversation.I am still unhappy because Lowe’s has consistently made promises, failed to fulfill them and seems to think a fire hazard such as an old duct tube isn’t much of a concern. Despite a requiring a new duct tube purchase with a new dryer. I find their service unacceptable and caution anyone buying anything requiring installation to think twice. Ultimately I paid Lowes to safely install the dryer, they didn’t, and I ended up doing it myself. They do not care about your experience as a customer.

An item seems to be mislabeled on the app, and I had two people help me figure out how to find what I was looking for.Teresa was rude and a bit challenging to deal with, lied to me about checking products in a stack that I watched her not actually check. It involved climbing the ladder and I saw she had a brace on her knee, so I offered to wait for her to radio someone else for me.She didn’t, and when I asked her to just send me to someone else, another employee (Logan) was walking by. She snagged him, announced that I was being difficult, and stormed off.Logan was great. He took time to listen to me and spent a long time looking for the product to confirm that they didn’t actually have it. It made me feel a lot better.

Nice place and very friendly staff. The only reason it's a 4 star was because the saw that cuts the 1.5" pipe i wanted to buy was not operational and they didn't have an ETA on when it would be. It was my main reason for the 25 minute drive to this location. There were also lots of carts scattered around, which I more blame other customers, than the store employees. I imagine they'd get to rounding them all up before closing.
