Rewards program, buy 10 get on free, even on our $70 bag of dog food. They carry high end food. Many all natural with no fillers. Drive 100 miles to shop at Hollywood Feeds.

Hollywood Feed always has friendly, helpful employees - and a terrific selection of healthy foods and snacks. I did find their selection dog car seats and or seat belts limited. Our dog always enjoys “browsing” inside and we appreciate that she can visit.

Love this place, high quality food, chews, toys, and more. mostly dog stuff, also cat and a few small animal. Higher prices but it's really good stuff. Top of the line food you can't find other places. Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful

I don’t write the reviews but our June 30 visit to Dublin pet people with staff ( old lady ) was not a pleasant experience.We have been going to pet people since 4 years and all staff are nice and help customer. We had several brand purchased and punch card was given every time for purchase . When I went to consolidate , they refused as they have new system and will not qualify for free food .The old lady was very rude and she showed us the door . Very humiliating. She even did not tried to listen nor asked if we wish to buy the new food .Will not go to Dublin location any more . Very rude and unprofessional behavior . She just did not care and we walked away . Most of the people who work their are nice and they greet us and help us to choose the food but she just turned back and I could get a chance to ask her my questions .This old lady needs to learn and coach for better customer care . We won’t be going and switching to another retailers . We had 18 punch for food from past 2 years and this was the first time , we thought that we may get free food .If you don’t care , people just leave . Just remember .

Sometimes when you visit Hollywood feed at this location there is only 1 employee. Then you have to wait because a line can form in a matter of minutes. Especially if that employee helps someone out to their vehicle. I only come here occasionally for my dogs food and her favorite treats I can't get anywhere else. It's also a bit pricey but , my dog is worth it.

Love this store!!!! My cat is on a special diet and the young lady responsible for ordering knows my schedule and always makes sure there is a supply for my purchase day!! The staff is great too! They either see me coming or as soon as I hit the door, they practically race me to the freezer to help carry the food. There is another store closer, but this is the place for me!

The staff was very knowledgeable; they gave me samples of cat food. That is so very good for me because my kitten is very, very picky. I was able to quickly discover what she would eat and what she would not. That saves me a lot of money.The store only carries the best pet foods.They have a system like most of the pet food stores have; you can order and then pick up from the door in this virus time .

The staff at PetPeople on Perimeter Drive are extremely helpful and friendly. I called and an actual person answered the phone! I went to the store and was greeted as soon as I walked in. I showed the lady what I wanted and she told me I could look around while she went to the shelf to pick up the cat food. She met me at the front desk. They carried it to my car even though they were stocking a huge shipment that just arrived. This staff knows how to provide the best customer experience which keeps me returning to the store.

The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are TOP quality. I needed to switch from Solid Gold, and Paige, the manager helped me pick out one that was even better!For a point of reference, my mom and I only shopped for our husky at the Pet People in Gahanna; we have been loyal customers bwcause Pet People is hands down THE BEST. Our husky was almost 16 when she passed away, and we owe much of the time we had with her to all of the wonderful recommendations by the employees and the quality of brands they carry.

In this age of impersonal interactions, a very friendly, warm and knowledgable pet store. My senior dogs get their restricted diet pet food from here. Staff always offer to carry bulky purchases to my car in the parking lot. Know pet names. Reward system for repeat purchases are extremely generous. Well stocked with pet needs. Shopping here is a pleasure.
