They booked me a window from 8am-Noon. Waited two and half weeks for the appointment, while my lawn suffered. Took a half day off work, only to have them no-call/no-show the appointment. I called and emailed the office 5 times before getting a response in the afternoon, stating they couldn’t even locate their tech, Rod. They finally sent him over…..hours later, after I was already leaving for work. He made sure to do me one more solid, and leave my fence gate open on his way out. Thank you for nothing. Lost a customer for life.
