Let me tell you. We have 3 dogs, plus one deceased. Three were rescued and all have super weird medical issues. We are in our mid-30s now and have been through at least 5 vet practices in the past 15 years in central Ohio. Honestly, they have all been great. I think it’s hard to go wrong. However, Faithful Friends crosses the line into absolutely phenomenal. The amount of time they spend with us, the comfort they deliver to our fur babies, their patience, their commitment to explaining exactly what’s happening and laying out every option for treatment without judgment… I’ve never met a medical professional who is so willing to go above and beyond for my pets (or honestly for humans). The communication is excellent, they check up on my dogs regularly after a sick appointment, they call me personally to relay information and offer to answer questions, and they’ve made themselves available for urgent but not quite emergency situations on weekends/holidays when it’s reasonable and called for which absolutely blows my mind. These are wonderful human beings and I’m so grateful we have landed with them 💕

Dr. Saffire was fantastic with my daughters cat, she gave us a lot of great information on caring for him as he ages, patiently answered a ton of questions and was able to complete a thorough physical exam with diagnostics with no major drama from the grumpy old man. The room technician was equally great with him and put my daughter at ease with her professional, but friendly and compassionate bedside manner.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly - in almost two years of visiting the practice, I've never walked away unhappy with the experience. Dr. Haver is simply the best, and all of his support team makes Odin feel comfortable and confident, and I always feel confident that Odin is getting the best possible care.Jamie is always _super_ helpful and friendly at the front desk, and is always responsive when I need to schedule an appointment (or pay a bill).Just all around an excellent experience with the best possible care.

Dr Saffire is always great and super knowledgeable. Each staff member I encountered was super friendly and helpful. Psl was also the most relaxed I've ever seen her at any clinic I've taken her to. I am so thankful I brought her to Faithful friends to help manage her case.

Very pleasant, everything was completed in a timely manner. My (3) dogs were not afraid. The staff and doctor had done a wonderful job!Thank you all team! Always making us feel welcoming upon entering the facility.This place is Highly recommended!Look, if your pet/s are afraid of visiting the vet or getting their nails cut, then you're at the wrong place.. Bring them here to the Faithful Friends Vet! You can even grab a bite to eat next door or sit and wait with your pups. They have the pleasant staff you want with an affordable price you need!

This was our first time at Faithful Friends, although Dr. Saffire has cared for my senior cats for years. The office was really nice and clean, and the staff was so great. I liked the process of going directly into the exam room upon arrival to keep my cat calm. The staff was so gentle and patient while trying to draw my cat’s blood. They also helped me to my car at the end as I had two small kids in tow. The location is super convenient for me and I was very pleased after our first visit.

Dr Haver, Dr Henricks, and their staff were so thorough, knowledgeable, caring and diligent on giving my puppy the best care and medical attention he needed. Coming in for a rare issue, there was no hesitation to find the cause and treatment needed, followed by clearing immediate time to treat him asap. I’m so glad I found Faithful Friends! Getting my first dog is a big step with a lot of unknowns, and they were so kind and thorough at our first appointment. Cameron was especially wonderful, so sweet with both Sami and I, and very prompt with a couple of promised follow-ups! I was also very impressed with the office set-up and cleanliness. It's important to me that my kitty sees a feline vet, and we've been with Dr. Saffire for years. I can't say enough good things. She's seen us through some pretty complicated issues. She's great with my cat (Nala) with me (a rather nervous pet parent) and she stays on top of all the newest research in feline medicine. I really appreciate how much of a leader she is in the field and various professional organizations. She's even helping us with a clinical trial we've got Nala in. Knowing your kitty is in the hands of someone you can trust really takes a burden off. I never feel rushed when we come in, and Dr. Saffire always answers all of my questions and never makes me feel silly. Can't wait for Faithful Friends to continue building out their feline side of the practice! Their front desk has been great about responding to emails and making sure I get answers if I have questions.

I've always had an easy time scheduling appointments at Faithful Friends and I've received excellent care for my pets. I recently referred a family member for a new dog they adopted and we had a great experience with Dr. Hoffman. She was thorough, kind and very caring to our new pet. I highly recommend this vet!

My experience at faithful friends was completely amazing! My dog is very nervous going to the vet and they made his visit go so smooth! The staff really took their time and were patient with him when he was unsure of things and helped him to have the most comfortable experience possible. They exceeded my expectations and I am so happy that I found this office to bring him to!

Dr. Luke Haver was excellent, very kind, although I don’t speak so much English, he agreed very sympathetically to explain everything to me with a translator; his assistant was also wonderful. They were very kind to Zeus and I liked that; so far I will continue with them as the main veterinarians

The whole staff was extremely nice from the front desk helping with scheduling to the tech that got all our info! Plus, the vet stayed to answer my laundry list of questions and concerns. She was very present and even sat on the floor with the dogs for the majority of the visit to keep them calm!They went above and beyond with accommodations. They let us schedule an appt at the same time for both our dogs and helped navigate getting our dog-reactive dog in and our without any stress as well.This is the best vet team I have ever experienced!We visited 7/28/23

Everyone I encounter whether calling or in person is very professional, kind, and courteous. There is a lot to be said for that these days. The vet tech's are always so good and patient with the dogs and you can tell they love animals. I, of course, love Dr. Hoffman. She is professional but personable and always explains details where appropriate. She never makes me feel rushed. I hope Henry never has need for anything more than his annual checkup and shots but if he does, I know I will be in good hands.

I have brought my Siberian Husky, Bear to Faithful Friends since the day I got her as a puppy. She’s 5 years old now, and STILL gets excited to come to the vet. I have recommended Faithful Friends to all my friends who have gotten a puppy, and my fiancé brings his dog here as well.I could rave about the quality of care Bear has received for hours, but to put it short and sweet, the entire staff is incredible.

I absolutely love Faithful Friends Vet staff and especially Dr. Henricks and Dr. Hoffman. They have been my dogs Vet for the past 5 years. We purchased a mini dachshund from a pet store that had some initial health issues related to back problems.They have always been helpful and caring towards my dogs and super polite to myself and our family. Unfortunately, our mini dachshund (5 years old) passed away unexpectedly on July 4th, 2023. It has been very hard on our family and her fur siblings who has been looking for her every day.Today, I unexpectedly received a delivery of flowers from Faithful Friends and I cannot thank them enough! Friendly staff and Dr Hoffman is professional as well as knowledgeable and friendly.. She explains things clearly and takes the time to really check out both my dogs nose to tail. I trust her and feel like my questions and concerns are always answered and taken seriously. This is a great animal hospital. I would highly recommend Faithful Friends Vet Clinic to anyone with animals. I take both of my dogs to see Dr. Hoffman, and she does extremely well with both of them. My newer dog, Cooper, is a rescue and is very very scared and unsure of unfamiliar people. Dr. Hoffman and the tech Harley did an amazing job of being both patient and encouraging of him when getting his shots, and answered all questions that I had. I have been to this clinic multiple times, and always leave knowing my pups have been in the best hands. You can tell their passion and love for animals as well!! Thank you guys again for all you do!!

Dr. Hoffmann is very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, and all the techs and office staff I have interacted with have been wonderful as well! My dog has seen Dr. Henricks before as well, and he is also a very caring, informative vet. I would definitely recommend this practice - 10/10!
