Very professional and friendly. You receive 100% customer care. There is no better. Unlike the rude, condescending, overworked pharmacist and pharmacy in Englewood, Florida. This one in Dublin cannot be better. The one in Englewood, Florida cannot be worse. Especially December through April.

May your experience be better than mine.I believe that our customer responsibilty is to share these kinds of terrible engagements.Warning: The RPh Manager, Ruchita Patel, decided to close the Bridge St. pharmacy completely for the day on 07/04/2023 at 14:00 PM when the website stated that the end of business was 20:00 PM ET.Arriving at 14:05 PM ET, the RPh Manager dismissively and curtly stated “We’re closed” and pointed me to the hand-written sign time outside the shuttered pharmacy window.When advised of the website closure time, she firmly refuted this and stated the website was correct. Well, it wasn’t, upon returning home it still stated 20:00 PM ET.The RPh has also been observed being annoyed with other patients/customers when asked questions.The RPh’s approach to patient care is unprofessional, defensive, dismissive, and unacceptable.With as many pharmacies available in the area, may I sincerely suggest others to find a different one.I have followed up internally and externally in hopes of sharing light on this important issue.

"Scott" at CVS the "pharmacist " could not be more of a disrespectful and unprofessional oaf if he tried. A simple question on medication led to a "shouldn't you know everything you're picking up here?" Maybe he should research who he disrespected. I'll be taking this up the chain

Paul, in the pharmacy, was super eager to help and was quick! I used to get my prescriptions filled at Kroger but recently switched and am 100% happy!

My experience here has been scripts filled in 20 minutes every time, courteous and competent staff, very rarely is anything out of stock, and they take time to get to know you while also being efficient and knowledgable.

Writing this to offset Tim Wheeler’s review. Dude would say “you’ll be hearing from my lawyer” to a cashier who gets paid minimum wage.

Brutal, location is short staffed, dirty, and always out of product
