The staff at Pet Center are absolutely amazing. We had to find emergency boarding for a kitten my family found and decided to adopt while on our way to a wedding in Medina (we're from NC and stoppe over night in Cambridge). We were able to get his shots next door at Sifferlin Animal Clinic, so that he was set for boarding.Hitch was well taken care of and was safe and sound until we could pick him up and bring him to his Fur-ever home. There really aren't words to express my gratitude to these wonderful folks!!!

They were so friendly and helpful. I love that they treated my pup with love and care since I wasn't able to be in the room with him. I really liked the facts that they answered all my questions and went the extra mile and sent us with extra information to help us out. I appreciate them being so friendly.

All of my animals have been patients at Sifferlin 's for a number of years. Their office is just about the only practice here in the Valley which will care for small/exotic pets and I won't take my Guinea Pigs anywhere else. Dr. Gano and the rest of the staff are truly great at what they do.

This place always does an amazing job with our cat.We have used this place several times over the years and never have a problem. They truly love everyone's animals, so you can trust them and they do a wonderful job with all their services. They are affordable, kind & even updated us with a pic while we were gone! <3

My dogs and cats are taken very good care of. I have used other Boarders. When I would pick them up. I would have to Bathe them when we got home. I NEVER have to when I bring them home from Pet Center. The staff is wonderful. They care about the animals. I don’t worry about them when I leave them there. Great place!!!!!

They do an excellent job of applying cat nail caps! Saves on the furniture, my skin, and allows my two cats to play without getting scratched up !

My bichon goes here for her grooming, and they pay attention to her needs, she has very dry skin so they dont use powder on her. They're the sweetest people and really care about your pets and do a great job grooming. I've taken my bichon to other places and something bad always happens and I saw that this place has the best reviews and now i can see why! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nice and clean store. Employees were very nice. Wanted a price on a finch before ordering but was told only the manager can get prices and she does all the ordering but wasn't working that evening. It was 5 they closed at 8.

Requires a kennel cough vaccine to board. Get the dogs vaccinated and come back to the dogs having kennel cough and them charging $60 for antibiotics. Should be your responsibility to treat the animals free of charge since your facility is contaminated. Never using this facility again.
