Never have meds ready, my brother has issues and only gave him 10 of his one pill when it says 30. My meds are never ready, and I suffer with mental health, my grandma's are also never ready. 1 Star until they get their act together.

Absolutely the worst service ever, how this place is still open is beyond me? My doctor sent in a prescription, 2 different times and you guys say that you never got it but I can see it in my chart. It's not like it's a narcotic it's Zofran. Well thanks to you guys screwing me 2 separate times, I am switching pharmacies.

The rudeness of the pharmacist and his assistant are astounding. Between the yelling of personal information and telling me to take my business to Walmart if the price is too high is ridiculous, at best. Yea Walmart is over $100 cheaper but I would rather spend locally. Not anymore. Good job on keeping local money local.

I hadnt grabbed a basket, so my hands were stacked full as I hurriedly approached register 1. Two employees in line with pop and snacks stood back and rushed me ahead of them, giving up their spots even though Im sure they were on a timed break. The male employee grabbed me a basket and helped get off my load, while the female employee said "Come to the counter, I can check you out there real fast." I felt like an actual valued customer. Shopping at big stores lately is so cold, it seems like the employees try to hide instead of coming forward to help. These two folks were so refreshing. I had never thought about doing my minor grocery shopping at Drug Mart, but after this experience, I cant wait to come back here.

I don't shop at Discount Drug Mart often but when I do I usually find what I need. That said, I decided to try their online photos because Walmart quality has went drastically down hill...HUGE MISTAKE!! I received a phone call from them that half of my photos didn't print and they do not to refunds in store for online photos. You have to send an email to photo support to ask for your refund. I sent the email, got an auto confirmation email that they received it, but have yet to actually hear from someone. Thank goodness I only did a small photo order just to test so I'm not out too much money but how ridiculous to have to send an email to ask for a refund for something their system messed up. Do better Drug Mart!

Horrible. My Wife and I were trying to check out and the Cashier wanted to use this time to express his personal political views. When my Wife attempted to diffuse the situation and move on the Cashier became even more irritating. The checkout line at Drug Mart is not a Platform to Discuss these topics!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience.

Just watched a pharmacy staff member scream at an elderly customer. The customer was told her meds would be ready the night before and the customer was told told to come back Saturday which she did. The woman's meds were still not ready. The customer said she was told to come back and the pharmacist went on a tirade about short staffing. The elderly woman was not screaming or arguing as the pharmacist said she was. Very disrespectful. I will be changing my pharmacy after this experience.

The pharmacy here is always slow. They send text alerts when prescriptions are ready, show up next day and they arent. There are so many better places to take your scripts that don't seem to have all the problems this place has.

Jim and Cassie at the pharmacy are great!! And so are all the techs. Love going here after whatever I need. The cashier's are also very nice!

I have never had a experience like I did last night at the store, from being lied to and belittled.I can not believe that the manager last night would have a job very long at any other place. I would love to give this a minus 5 stars. My advice would be do not support this store.

Dover Discount Drug Mart saves you the run around!Everything you could need, other than ammo and firearms, at great prices. Auto, home, clothes, fresh produce, pet supplies, candy, cards, video's, and beer/wine.Great staff with quick check out lines.

Would be nice to list pharmacy hours. Maybe I missed it but, this is a pharmacy if I'm correct. Not to have the actual pharmacy hours listed doesn't make sense.

23 years old but they won’t even swipe my id to buy cigarettes because “I don’t look like my picture” sorry I lost 35 pounds and haven’t had a chance to get a new id. Worst service ever
