Softserve Only. Vanilla chocolate and twist. They can add flavors to it, but it's not hard ice cream so a shake with it is disappointing.The drive-thru ordering pedestal is broken so you can't order until you get to the window which makes the drive-thru line horrendously slow. Of course without any computer automation they wouldn't be able to keep track of the orders anyway. They would probably need more than 2 people working as well.

Probably not where you want to eat if you're buying food. The ice cream is good, the sweets are good but I won't buy food here anymore after receiving half Frozen fried mushrooms multiple times. The workers are usually very young and not properly trained and the owner is known to have an attitude, even putting up a sign about returning food which isn't good business.

Ice cream!! Soft serve in many different flavors, shakes, floats, sundaes, and fried foods. They have baby cones as a size good for kids, although the baby cones only come in a choice of 4 flavors. Some outdoor seating. Walk up to window or drive through.

A few weeks ago we attempted to get ice cream. After waiting in line for 30 minutes prior to closing time, when we got to the window they announced they were now closed( this was still 2 minutes prior to closing time and we had been in line for over 30 minutes already) and they turned all of the customers away both at window and in drive thru who had all been waiting long before closing. Staff was busy conversating with each other and didn't seem to be trying to get orders taken or filled which made the waiting even more frustrating. Very dissapointing experience will not return 😕

The guy taking my order was rude, said he hadn't gotten a break all day and no food. But the worst part of it all, I was seen in the ER for food poisoning. I'm the only one in my family that had a chocolate shake. I'm assuming it was contaminated considering they're handing food with no gloves. This place used to be a gem, I will never come back.

We placed two orders. One for lunch, and later one for ice cream. Nothing memorable, but prices are quite reasonable, so 4 stars. 2 tables plus a few benches for eating outside. No inside seating. Car order window was doung brisk business while we were on siteParking: Free parking

Ordered 3 coney dogs with onions and a foot long coney with onions They are definitely not your traditional coney dog !! It was like bbq sauce with onions. Didn’t see any burger. BUT when I called and spoke with the manager on Monday she wasn’t even apologetic or sympathetic It was like oh well. One good thing they do have ice cream.

We ordered a hamburger and onion rings. The hamburger was so small, bun was soggy , my dogs didn’t even want to eat it. The onion rings were gross and tasted like oil.

Horrible,owner whos reluctant to refund you for 3 burnt hamburgers that looked like hockey pucks. French fries were cooked so long that it had no potatoe just burnt stick like product. I told hundreds of people since this happened months ago and I will continue to do so .

we waited in line at the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and when we finally got to the order box, the employee says "im sorry were closed", at 7:59pm. we completely understand a closing time, but when you are literally the last car in a long line of vehicles why would you not let that last car whose been waiting order. we will definitely re-think our ice cream choice.

Good ice cream, but people who order food clog up the drive through (you shoukd have them pull aside to keep the flow) we waited 20 mins in the drive through

Normally, great! This time I ordered chili cheese fries too and after going down the road aways, discovered I just had plain old unsalted fries. I should know better by now to ALWAYS CHECK before leaving!

NOT GOOD! customer service was awful and full of attitude. Hamburger was all smashed and gross. Most sundaes gets nuts and stuff, didnt have anything, never offered whip cream or nuts. But the terrible attitude of employees was the worst.

It use to be the Dairy Queen and now it's the Dairy Oasis. We've been happy with everything we've gotten there and they're pretty quick. Big bonus: they take credit cards... No public restrooms, limited places to sit in the shade

Their ice cream did not taste good at all tasted more like Wal-Mart brand,they messed the order up 3 times and never did get it right. And the picnic tables looked like they weren't washed all day but the employees were nice.

My husband and me had ice cream. After I finished my ice cream, I had medication to take. I went up to the counter and asked for a cup of water, her reply was we can only sell bottled water. I explained I want tap water, bottled water is too cold for me to take my medication. I paid, $1.25, for a paper cup of pop, to get a cup of tap water, what happened to the customer comes first? We are regular customers, not sure that will continue at this point in time.

Great place for soft serve ice cream and food. The only other drive-thru in the town other than McD's and worth the price difference because I've never been told their ice cream machine isn't working like I have every other time to McDonald's!

The different flavors of ice cream they have is worth checking out. They have all these flavors like cantalope, pumpkin, too many to name. All the favorite treats too.

Just a great refreshing place to stop in Andover whether you're on your way back or to Pymatuning or Holiday Camplands or just passing through. Great sundays and the waffle cones weigh about 1#!
