Bathroom looks like it has never been mopped. The toilet had feces smeared on it. The walls are filthy. The dog runs had broken locks on all 4 gates. I travel every weekend and usually shower at loves time to time. It would be a hard pass here. I Love Love's but this one was the worst.

Dirtiest bathrooms of any Loves I have visited. All they do is sweep, sometimes. Nothing is wiped clean and floors never mopped. I was there many times over 3 days and it was filthy every single time. I will avoid this store again, if possible

One of the best lives I’ve stopped at. Clean, friendly and well maintained are usually most lives I’ve been to, but this one is above most others. The manager was walking around greeting and chatting with customers which was definitely bonus! And the coffee was fresh and piping hot! One of the best lives on the road

Always very clean and stocked. I like going into a truck stops because they're supposed to be ready 24/7 for customers. That's rarely true. However this Loves is always stocked up and clean w friendly service. Great stop!!! New Big lot, plenty of fuel lanes and space. New clean store. Shower was big and clean with hot water and good pressure

The service was absolutely top notch. I was treated with kindness during a difficult night, and I am very grateful for Love's. I also want to mention how clean the facilities are. The restrooms were pristine, and the showers could not have been cleaner. Five stars no doubt!

What a JOY it was to fuel up at a gas pump that ran at an efficient speed, and actually produced the receipt I'd requested! It shouldn't be such a surprising event, but many stations have s-l-o-w pumps, and no paper in the receipt printer. We will use this Love's to fill up before our monthly trip, and to refill the tank on the way back. Glad to have discovered you!

I have never been more disgusted in the 13 yrs I have been driving a truck. The white line in front of the fuel island is for after you are done fueling or if running in real quick. Well not here wasn't even in the store for 5 min was told I was blocking the flow of traffic when there were 5 pumps open. I will never step foot on that property again.

It's nice and new ! Almost no Verizon internet. Odd parking lot setup. It's wide open with all parking along curbside. This is front row parking.

Clean. The fruit looks good. Subway and Godfather Pizza are both really good. Coffee and coffee area are good. The staff here seem to be on top things inside and out. I hope this is one of the better paying Loves, because I've seen some that were pretty rough that make this one the gold standard. All because the staff do such a good job.

If i could leave 0 stars I would! So yesterday on my way home from work I stopped to put my last $25 8n gas. Well I started pumping and no gas came our but the pump was reading that it did! So I called over to the employee that was outside smoking so she could see. The pump said it pumped 7.025 gallons $25 worth of gas but didn't pump a penny and the employee seen this with her own eyes. So we went inside to see what was going in. Needless to say their pumps and credit card machines were messed up do to a lightening strike I guess. So I stood around waiting for the one lady to come back just to tell me they weren't going to do anything! So I asked to speak to the bug manager (Dianne), this woman was so rude and unprofessional by the way she was telling me to basically get over myself and call the corporate number. I tried to explain this was my last $25 I had to get back and forth all week and obviously they needed to shut the pumps down because I was not the only one on the store this happened to! I started crying and getting upset because they stole $25 from me and would not refund my money or put me on another pump because the pump said it pumped the gas even though it did not and one of the employees seen it with her own eyes! I will never return back to this store and I advise nobody else to get gas from here for the next few weeks with all their issues going on! I will be filing a complaint against Dianne with corporate as well as the other manager that was there in the store. How can they continue to do business like this knowing that it's not pumping gas and still taking money from people!! I will make a bug fuss out of this until my money is returned. I have the receipt and as I said the employee working their had seen this with her own eyes and I can't believe how they continued to treat me whi is a loyal customer (everyday). I hope this does not happen to anybody else, take your business elsewhere!!

Look at every trash can, it’s 3:45am in the morning and the trash is over flowing. This is a brand new location and they don’t have anyone to dump out the trash cans.

Once again the shop is a failure I come in 3 hours ago asking for an oil change they said that there's one truck ahead of me. You have 3 mechanics sitting joking and playing with there phones... They are as slow as I've ever seen a speedco, there is no trucks here and it's taken 3 hours and still no service. I am getting really tired of speedco and loves Dec 23 at 2pm to 4pm. I hope management will see how busy the were at that time...

And they could care less about some of there employees that are there every day and every weekend I will not waste my mo way or time there. I will go to pilot or a small mom and pap store be for I will step foot in love they don’t care about the truck driver just your money is all they care about!!!!

The store inside is well stocked and relatively clean. I do notice that the staff likes to spend more time having conversations than helping customers. My real problem with this location is the outside. I took a 34 hour reset here and I know for a fact that the garbage in the parking lot was not emptied the entire time I was here. How do I know this? The garbage can is right outside my door and the garbage I dropped in it when I got here is still there, including a whole lot more that is now all over the ground around the can. Come on Loves. You can do better than this.

The restroom floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped all week. But I was hungry and I saw that the brisket tacos were two to a little basket, so I looked at the sign and thought oh $3.** for two brisket tacos. No the cashier picked up each individual brisket taco and rang them up. So I asked if they're not both for the $3 and change why were they both in the basket together I did not package them that way. They need to be placed on the shelf individually. Another lady walked up I explained to her what I was saying and she said, "Oh, that's okay!" Like I hadn't explained that it was improperly packaged to be sold for individual prices. I said no it's not okay I'm spending more money than I intended, because of the way they were presented.... Together in a basket.

Drove from Pittsburgh to Akron and stopped for a rest stop. Very nice facility. Easy on/off from highway. Clean and bright building. Bathrooms were modern and clean and there were plenty of stalls. This is a really nice service plaza with a Subway, cold and hot food and a large retail area. Parking was abundant and close to the building. Very much recommend stopping here for gas and bathroom and food.
