Stopped in to shop today and had to use restroom after long drive but had signs on both doors out of order, grabbed my food quick and then had to wait for girl to stop talking in back room before she would check me out and the fact I have to ring a bell when she’s in the room talking is so rude she seen me walk by the room past the checkouts with my item. The self checkout was “not working” either. I asked if bathrooms are really not working I really had to pee not trying to be difficult, and the girl said “if there’s a sign I guess not”. I thought to myself you've never had to go bad after driving knowing you stop at a place that HAS a restroom I’ve used in the past a few times driving through. Then computer froze as she sat there clicking over and over telling me I’m not doing it on purpose…. If you have to say it over and over then I don’t believe you like just wow after I said I was in a hurry I really had to go. Won’t be stopping at this store again. Gas station for lunch next time. I about left the food on the counter when she kept saying it’s not working after we just had conversation on I really had to go and needed the public restrooms they have. Don’t expect kindness from workers in this store. I left without receipt so can’t add her name but can also check todays date and see who was working at 9am.

Manager was awful and rude. Everyone there looks lazy and unapproachable. The 1 cashier lady was nice tho.

What do you expect from a low budget company that hires people for minimum wage. Do you expect to get five star treatment? I don't. Not trying to be rude but just stating the facts. The saying goes you get what you pay for and the same goes for consumers. If you, myself, and others go to a low budget borderline thrift store don't expect to get world class products and world class treatment that's all there is to it. Maybe if you lower your expectations you won't be so disappointed.

We go to the store quite often. It's always clean and service is always very friendly. However it always seems like there is only one person doing check out and it takes a while. Also I've had a few times where the card reader wasn't working correctly or computers were running very slowly. Still very thankful for this business in our town however I think there could be some improvements in the technology systems to improve efficiency

This is the closest and most convenient place to my residence to shop at, but I was grossed out at the state of this store while shopping with my family today. The store was pretty dirty, there wasn’t much on some of the shelves, some products were open like a container of strawberries in produce. A lot of the old sale tags, price tags, and trash from packaging were scattered across the ground. I even found a cigarette on the ground in one of the isles. Expired sale tags are also pretty common in this store. Some of their employees can be pretty rude at times too. The store has been getting less and less clean and well kept over the years. You’d think after remodeling they’d keep the store in better shape or train their employees better, if not hire someone more responsible.

Usually great service however management wasn't thinking when they have one person on cash register and only in the store. They should know on a Friday that the store would be busy. I felt bad for the cashier but she handled the line up of customers very well.

I really like this DG! Its organized and clutter free! All the worker are so nice and respectful. They will do whatever it takes to help a customer out. I recommend this to everyone its a great store to go to.

It was a great experience. The employees were very helpful. I hope they get more product on the shelves. By Saturday things are wiped out. People get tired of go there and the product is not on the shelves and they won't be back.

I went into the facility and Delta Ohio I had found some items there thought it was a great deal went up to pay for them and it was one and a half times as much more. I talked with the manager he said they were missed marked put in the wrong spot not the right price and nothing I can do for you. That's customer service

Haven't been in the store lately so I looked down all the aisles there is definitely more product, more variety at the same low prices.
