Switching pharmacy’s soon I have 4 foster children who need medicines and every time I go to pick up a medicine normally for multiple kids at a time I try to make it easy for them but met with no hellos I am always nice and polite just feel not welcomed I said thank you after my medicine was handed to me today and nothing from the worker

I get all of my Rx filled here. They are a very busy pharmacy. I normally call in my refills with the phone prompts and my refill is always ready when I show up to pick it up. I have never had a mix up or any issues with my meds. My Dr. puts my orders in electronically and by the time I get there it is ready for me. The retail portion of the store is well stocked. I appreciate that I am able to find specialty medical items there that are not normally carried at the big box stores. The prices are higher than the big box stores, but that is normally the cost of convenience for me.

I've been to this store a couple of times and it is always clean and well maintained. I've had great service up front and in the pharmacy (I transfer my prescription between Rite Aids rather often) and they took great care of me.Definitely happy to have a Rite Aid in Delphos with a caring and courteous staff and helpful, kind management.

Delphos Rite Aid is so sllllllllooooooow. The girls back in the pharmacy enjoy NOT being able to help you and making things as difficult as possible. I have an issue literally EVERY time I come here. Most times my insurance company has to call them and make them look like fools for not reading their screens right. That's scary when it comes to medicine you put in your body! There is one helpful male pharmacist but too bad He's not cloned. I will be transferring all my family's scripts to Delphos Discount Drug for sure!!

Some people in the pharmacy are very rude. If you're looking for quality prescription services, you'd be better going somewhere else.

Showed up at 9:45pm to get my medication. They had the front door locked and would not let me in even though they were still supposed to be open for 15 more minutes
