The vets there are very good but let me tell ya about Tracy at the front she’s been there since I’ve been gone there when they 1st opened and they was small at that time was kinda nice. But Tracy is amazing during difficult decisions when they have to be made. Kessen better be takin care of this lady cause if she’s goes somewhere else I will be going where she goes. Tracy you are an absolute gem and thank you for everything!! and thank you to all the vets also trying to help our fur baby’s.

Not only have they been great with my dogs and cats, but they also offer great prices. They have helped me during a terrible situation when I urgently needed a vet for a short-term situation. Their service goes back to 2020 during the pandemic when I had to let go of my most beloved pet, Precious, and put her over the rainbow 🌈 bridge. The team at this veterinary clinic is genuine and truly cares about pets. I highly recommend their services! 😉

I love Kessen Vet Clinic. Every person is genuine, knowledgeable, and kind. They take the time to understand your animal family member and add you to their family. My little guy suffered abuse in his previous home before I rescued him. He takes a little extra patience, and they are experts at this. Louie makes a new friend every time we go. Dr. A and her tech are very professional. They come and treat our llamas and clean up area. She answers questions and knows animals by name. 5 stars as they make great team. Her scheduler is also 5 stars. Transfers information correctly and is very friendly.

Doc went out of his way to give my fall boosters and to check on my mares. Everything was pleasant and both of my girls were given treatments for lameness and ulcers after 4 days seeing results.

Thank you Kessel veterinary clinic for getting my boy in with such short notice!My dog took an unexpected turn for the worse today when I got home from work, and needed to be seen right away! The girls made the time in their very busy schedule to get him in asap! They didn't rush him through, they took their time and answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. The girls never once made me feel like a bother for holding them up. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for all the girls hard work! We know our boy will have a long road to recovery but kessens reassured us that we can call any time we have a concern or question.We can't thank you girls enough! Much love❤

Last year I brought my pregnant cat. She was stuck in labor with with 3 kittens, she was very small and couldn't give birth. I have been to this vets office a few years before, but they still charged us as if we were new customers. They did the x-rays and told me she would need a c-section. I was also going to have her fixed during the surgery. They never offered any other alternatives, but since I didn't have the whole amount of the payment that day, they told me she'd have to be put to sleep. The bill came to over 300, and it was just around 6, including the csection. They coldly told us with my young daughter in the room if we didn't have the money she'd have to be put down, my daughter ran out in tears. If my cat wasn't in so much discomfort and we had some other place to take her that day, I would have turned and left. This place is cold-hearted and only cares about money! I paid over 300 dollars to have my cat put to sleep. Take your pets somewhere else!**I wanted to update this review to add, the young lady (vet tech) who spoke with me and showed me the x-rays was very polite and sympathetic to my situation. It was the veterinarian herself who was cold and rude to me and my daughter. I don't want any of the young women there to get blamed for this review **

The staff was great when I called in a panic with my horse colicking. They got me in to see the vet later that afternoon. Dr Kessen was very thorough, and the resident he had with him was personable and thorough as well!

Phone rings busyand office is unreachable. Possibly shut down? Other reviews make it clear that they keep the phone off the hook to avoid calls. New to delphos and looking for a local vet, but after reading about the overpriced vet visits and the greed at this office, I'll drive the half hour to my current office. Also RIP to that poor families racoon. I hope that little girl finds peace.

The best vets I have found in this area! All of my dogs love Dr Alex and Dr Anthony! Very thorough while taking care of Emma's thyroid problems. Luna's spay went very well. Always patient with Myles. These vets and techs actually get down on the floor with the dogs and treat them like their own! The girls up front are the best! Prices are very reasonable compared to others.

These guys have helped us out so many times with our horses. My grandsons pony recently needed stitches, and they really helped us out. She's now a good as new.

I've been going to them for a long time. Even when I moved out of town, 4 about an hour away, I still went to Kessen. The staff is wonderful. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I’m a first time dog owner. I took my rescue here for her first vet visit. She’s normally very skittish and timid especially around males. I could tell she was very comfortable here even despite her vet being a male, and her getting shots/ chipped. They are very good at what they do and I believe we found our forever vet. Prices aren’t bad at all.

To be clear the ladies up front at the desk do an awesome job like normal as well as vet techs. Friendly and caring BUT..... Watch out for up-charging without consent by the vet. Made an appointment for my dogs for one service only. He didn't go over with me why I was there so I guess he assumes I'm there for whatever he wishes to do. While he was performing another service I ask what he was doing. He said "oh I thought you wanted this". I explained that's not needed. He understood at that point. Rest of my dogs went as planned. I went to pay the bill and he charged me for that service so I ask the receptionist to check with him about it. He said that I have to pay regardless of consent. Extra $55 out of my pocket for something that's wasn't needed or wanted. Every dollar counts this day and age as it is getting harder for the average person just to get by. Lesson learned the hard way I guess.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet fur baby and the staff at Kessen was absolutely wonderful. So caring, kind and respectful. They have also taken great care of all of our animals for several years. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, and the Vets really seem to care more about my pets' health than upcharging for every little thing like my last vet. Very affordable and personal. Plus they have modern technology that lets you get test results right then and there. I absolutely love this place! I'm so glad I switched.

Very awesome place. Reasonable prices. Everyone's really nice and they work very well with the animals. My doggy was a but stressed but they worked to calm her down with treats and soothing tones. The vet was super gentle!!
