Sometimes the prices on the shelf don't match up with the register, but they fix it if you ask. They're also very friendly and assisting with helping you find items you're looking for. I'm mainly writing this review because I watched an employee go out of her way to walk an elderly gentleman back to his car. She carried his items, helped him walk out to his car, and assisted him into his vehicle. Clearly above and beyond. Class act!

Extremely unhelpful staff. I've helped customers fund what they need for them on multiple occasions since they won't call another associate to assist and only point to the area from where they stand behind the registers, IF they point the right way. The store has an old feel, old products. Since the remodel, it looks pretty much the same aside from the the entire wall being installed with more freezers. The products aren't as nice as family Dollar and it also isn't as brightly colored or even clean. The cashier's must have a do not smile or talk with customers rule and so I vote this one of the very worst shopping stores around.

Used to be great until new management. Now if you feel like wasting like 20 minutes go in and buy one thing, you'll be in line for around 15 to 20 minutes. They only have 1 person at the register all the time.

I was very dissatisfied. A fenale staff was not very helpful or personable. Cooler had nothing in there that were sugar free with flavor to drink all kinds of Pop tease and water but no flavored water I was overcharged for a bag of Doritos they were 2 for $5 which should have made one for 250 and I was charged 295. High price on the cream cheese is 295 a block. Not likely to shop here again in the future.

Very nice store. Liked it better before the remodel as now it's very cramped and hard to find things. But I think they're doing this with all of them

Good prices and selection. Only problem is they sell out of some products to quick and then you have to go to cheifs and pay about three times more

Dirty store, employees hard to find, absolutely no customer service and only one I've run into that actually speaks a full sentence to you...Crystal, Delphos store, way to go with your above and beyond helpfulness, politeness, and happy personality! Give this young girl a raise Dollar General!

New manager & new assistant manager ...huge difference in store .looking so much better .product on shelves ,clean ect.... very pleasant experience today!

The one in Delphos is such a mess.. they never have their cats unloaded..isles are blocked. The shelves are empty and have been for awhile now. Just a mess!!!!! Most of the crew address not friendly

I got exactly what I expected for a place called Dollar General. Don't shop there often oh, but they do have a selection of items I don't normally find in other stores.

This place isn't ran right. But people still go in there. Stock stays in the boxes not on the shelves. Need to get people in there that knows how to do both
