I cannot express how much I love vet tech Rachel!! When my dog was a puppy (2020) we had her for a lot of our first visits, but then we didn't have her for over a year. When we finally had her again today she remembered his favorite treats from when he was puppy! We've also had some new issues with getting his nails clipped within the last year, and I'm not sure what changed, but now we need medication to get his nails clipped. She made the visit go so much smoother than I had expected!! I could definitely tell she really cares about the animals that she cares for, because she remembered things about him from over 2 years ago, even after not seeing him for over a year! She also took the time to get him warmed up to her before we started his nails. I will definitely be requesting her for his difficult nails from now on!!

Have had my pets cared by them for 13 years. Great caring doctors. Last time I was there with my dog they sent us to a specialist but called me everyday for 4 days to check on him.

Our 3 doggos see the staff at D.A.H. They are super friendly and love on them as much as possible. They explain things in an easy to understand way, and you can tell they really do care about the health of our pets.

This place is amazing! I just rescued a dog and have had many struggles along the way to getting and keeping him healthy. Also, he has a great deal of anxiety and is afraid of everything.However, Dr. Melisa Tong has been amazing with him. She gets down to his level so he is not scared, gives him lots of love while checking him so he doesn't even realize what is happening. She is always so kind and helpful with the many issues we have come across while owning our first dog. All of the vet techs and staff that work there are just as great as Dr. Tong. They are all so amazing that my dog actually gets excited to go to the vet! It makes the whole experience so much better for me and my dog. Overall these people know what they are doing and they really care!! I just took my dog in yesterday for a concern and today I received a call from the office checking in on how he is doing. Pretty amazing customer service! I highly recommend you bring your pet here if you are looking for quality, loving care for your pet!

Such a wonderful place!! I took my dog Coco there for a couple of years and they are truly a place that cares. My sweet dog passed away last month and Dr. John Jones was very informative, caring, and trustworthy. He did not give up and we tried many times to help my dog, he was helpful til the end. I will be returning with my future pets, such a great place ☺

I love Delphos Animal Hospital and Dr. Bonnie Jones so much that when my husband and I recently were called to move for his new position, I would not have gone if I couldn't still bring my four pets here! They truly do care for your pets with the same level of concern and compassion as if the fur babies were their own. I find each person on the staff to carry themselves with a high degree of warmth and my animals feel comfortable with each one (Duffy especially loves Marla!) That means so much when your animal is sick or hurting. I also feel so comfortable there because the staff has taken the time to get to know ME and calls me by name. They will remember to ask about how my pet is doing even if I am just dropping in to pick up some medicine.I trust Dr. Bonnie COMPLETELY. She is so knowledgable and takes time to teach me what I need to know to take the best care of my pets. I especially appreciate that in times like when one of my cats needed biweekly IV fluid under the skin. Dr. Bonnie taught me how to do this at home, thereby extending my little girl's quality of life for several months.From the first moment I walked in the Delphos Animal Hospital I knew I found a place that would be a perfect support for pets. Professional. Loving. Skilled. Trustworthy. Quality Care. Yep, that is my Delphos Animal Hospital.

I cannot say enough good things about Delphos Animal Hospital. Drs. John and Bonnie Jones are dedicated professionals who truly do treat your animals as if they were their own. When you and your pets become clients of Delphos Animal Hospital, you become part of their family. The staff is friendly and efficient, without exception. I have never felt rushed, and I always leave knowing that my cats have received the very best care and were examined thoroughly and have received appropriate treatment. Especially appreciated is the fact that, if I have brought my cat in for anything acute, I invariably will receive a follow-up call a day or two later--just to check on how things are going. It's pretty impressive, considering the very busy practice that they maintain. Delphos is so fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary hospital, and I cannot imagine taking my animals anywhere else.

Delphos Animal Hospital is 1.5 hours away from us, and we will happily continue to make this trip for each of our pets; we have been making this trip since 2009. Dr. Bonnie is the smartest person I have ever met. Her concern for and understanding of the care our pets is immesurable. They are a fantastic group of people! I have experience with a wide range of animals (cats, dogs, goats, and horses). They don't treat you like just an appointment. I have also dealt with them in emergencies and it is comforting to know someone is on the other end willing to help and come to your aid.

The surgery went very well for my dog, the only problem I had was the quote I received for the neuter was not correct and was off by $60. I wish they had been more clear on the pricing for the neuter and how much the true cost of it would have been. Just be honest with how much everything cost, I do not like surprises.

I have been a client of Delphos Animal Hospital for many years. I am truly blessed to have such amazing caregivers for my pets. I have had a diabetic cat for almost 10 years now and he is still with us today because of Dr. Bonnie and her fantastic care and love for all animals and clients. I am truly grateful to have such amazing doctors for my other "furry “ children that i care so much about. I can’t say enough good things about DAH and the drs and staff. 5 Star may be the max rating..however DAH and Dr. Bonnie far surpass 5 stars. I am forever grateful for the care and love my animals recieve from DAH.

At first i was happy. When my cat trinity was in what we thought distressed labor and might need a c section my feelings changed. I told them i only had $140.00 until 4 days later when i got paid. They dont do payment plans. What i was told was this"call the humane society,if they cant help euthanize her." Im bipolar depressive, she is my therapy cat. When i started to cry they hung up on me. Thank God humane society referred me to Midwest Animal Clinic at 7540 Harding Hywy Lima. They are not heartless and believe in saving pets and Payment plans. Trinity was cleaned out spayed and pain meds all for $185.00.She is doing great. They also have senior discount of $30.00 office visit.
