Very impressed with the care I received at urgent care. I had to get stitches in my knee and the entire staff from registration to Mary (the nurse practitioner who did my stitches) were fantastic. I was very nervous and they did such a great job putting me at ease... And I had no wait!

The nurse says “oh God who has you on all of those medications?” Umm idk Mabey my Phycitrys that went to school for 20 years. DUMBEST PLACE TO GO, MIGHT AS WELL COME TO MY HOUSE AND GIVE ME 50$, ILL TELL YOU TO ICE IT, and take IBUPROFEN!! Went into the urgent care because I was having shoulder pain, they basically told me I was being a wimp, I’ve had shoulder surgery on that shoulder and dislocated it twice, DO NOT GO THERE.

Took my adult nephew there for tooth pain and the doctor or whatever he was treated him kinda rude. Making snide remarks about my nephew's teeth. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience of my life. Waited over an hour with my very sick infant. Two people in front of me just needed labs. The front desk lady goes oh he’s (my baby) is urgent care after we waited for over an hour. Nurse told the dr Or the nurse practitioner that she thinks he has croup. The main doctor didn’t even listen to him hardly and said “well the nurse said it sounds like croup. I’ll get the discharge papers” didn’t explain what croup was. Horrible care, horrible staff.

The doctors here a extremely ride. Same as another person's experience before , waited and waited and the whole time two females sat laughing outside. The doc came in said ahh it looks virul . So it must be flu. I had asked to be tested for Mercury posioning which they thought would be a waste of time. So the lady who was working with me after telling her over and over I'd had extreme exposure to Mercury for days , finally said well we can do it but you won't have time it results till tomorrow. All around terrible experience

Fell down my stairs and caught myself wrong on my knuckles/wrist and was told I was lying about the situation. Did x-rays putting me through immense pain moving me in directions I couldn't move my fingers in, then to be extremely rude told its just contusions youll get over it. Absolutely never coming back. I'll drive to lima.

Waited almost 2 and half hours for an xray! When I complained about the wait and wanted my xray order back I was told they took urgent vare patients first! There was no one in urgent care the whole time I was there. Ues I agree this place is a total joke!

i went there because i had severe stomach pain for a week and they gave me a prescription for over the counter medicine and said everything was fine. another week later, mind you 2 weeks with this abdominal pain im on my way to the ER. dont go here, its a JOKE.

I have a ton of respect for the medical field especially since they've been through hell and back with COVID, but when you lose your humanity so much that you would humiliate and shame a person who has just suffered a devastating loss this week to the point they are crying in the office, you should be deeply ashamed of yourselves.

Some ppl are rude as all get out they laughed at this man bc of kidney stones but some of the doctors are really nice and kind not all of them are bad but some need to step it up
