Monica might do a good job with grooming but both times I boarded my dog there it was a bad experience. The first time they never feed my dog any can dog food that I had provided for them and the second time we had a 9:a.m. pickup an she had another lady waiting and I called Monica an she was surprised nobody was there yet so she said she would call me back to see what was going on then finally a gentleman by the name of Kyle showed up @ 10:a.m. and looked like he had a rough night the night before because he had no clue what to do and still looked like he was coming off a big hangover!! I wouldn’t recommend her boarding services @ all who’s to say they are really going there and feeding your fur friends!!

I would like to thank Monica and her staff for providing my dog a wonderful boarding experience. She was treated with personal interaction and care. She also loves to get groomed and Monica does a beautiful job.

Affordable, quality grooming. Convenient scheduling. Friendly and close to home in Dellroy. Gravel parking lot might be inaccessible for those with mobility issues.
