Very fast. I noticed a young man working there taking his job serious. While providing excellent customer service. He looked to the youngest working. So that's awesome don't see many kids like that today

Lots of selection and good prices. The aisles are a bit crowded, especially on a Saturday but usually worth the trip. Nice annual flower selection and pretty fern hanging baskets for spring.

Had a flat tire on my trailer halfway to my destination. The guys in the tire department were very helpful. They said I had to take the tire off and bring it in because corporate policy doesn't allow them to put trailers on the lift. A little crazy IMHO, but theres a reason for every policy. It was less than a hour from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I pulled out. GREAT job guys!

It's a typical Walmart, the store is too big and it takes too long to get what you need and it's crowded. If you like to use the self checkout there was only one person running a register with a huge line. But because of prices we keep going back.

I always find something new and different at Walmart. They had non-alcoholic beer at a great price and new sports cards that just arrived. I bought both!! Thanks Walmart!

Yesterday 1/26/24 I went and got an oil change done. Very quick service. Great employees. I was having issues paying and was very overwhelmed and my daughter kept crying. As a first time mom, having Nate and Kiya from the auto center extend so much patience and understanding was beyond appreciated. They made me feel a bit better in such a stressful situation and even offered to use their own personal card to help me out. Wonderful employees. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much and God bless again to NATE and KIYA from Auto

I like Walmart. Great price without joining clubs and perks with quality dependable variety of products in clean staffed stores. I do hate self check out though but thats everywhere. When are stores going to have a one swipe scan for it all. I'll always be back.

Okay dude straight up I hold this Walmart a little dear to my heart because I used to go here a lot when I lived across the street from here. We used to call it odd-mart because the inside looks more like odd lots (or big lots not I guess is the name) then walmart lol but don't let that take you away from stopping here it's definitely one of the most unique walmarts I have ever been to. It has the typical items that you normally see at walmart but it will also have other stuff that you never see at Walmart I don't know how to explain it lol a year or 2 ago they had a Nintendo 64 for game for sell and a few PS1 memory cards on the same shelf next to it lol 1999 all over again lol like I said it's odd but great I love coming here. If you're I the area check them out.

Store is in need of some major updates! They don’t take any kind of payments via phone , watch, etc. The clothes are packed: so tightly in the women’s section that it’s difficult to walk through and impossible to get a stroller through. The staff are always friendly.

Delaware Ohio Walmart employee was yelling and rude to me and followed me out the door yelling. She was mad because I asked for help And she yelled and said that she's been helping somebody else for 20 minutes.

Even though this is probably the smallest Walmart I've ever been into it is one of my favorites just because of the people who work there stores always clean and they have one of those clearance aisles that is actually worthy of being called clearance!

Pros -Convenient - Not too far away from most places. Usually a walk distance away.Cons -Outdated equipment - With the exception of the self checkout lines being readily available some checkout machines are decades behind. An associate claimed the machine in electronics department is from the early 1990s .Cleanliness - By far the messiest Wal-Mart on this side of the Delaware. Granted it is a smaller store BUT I would figure that they would avoid being Dollar Tree levels of bad.Toxic employees - As a frequent customer I go there to find updated stock in the early morning hours. Some of these associates tend to mouth off while working and gossip about customers. I get that some customers are unruly and not always right BUT this behavior is unacceptable. Treat people like people and don’t judge people for what they buy.

Made appointment online for an oil change on the app, which I’ve done around the country and which has the make and model of my truck. Got there and was told my vehicle is too big. “Sorry”. There’s another Walmart a few miles down the street but these guys don’t do the customer service thing and call to see if they can switch the appointment, had to do it myself. Just “sorry”. It’s true. They are.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes Deedee tells me Walmart no longer exchanges products and she could only return the product. Meaning I then had to go back and wait in line to purchase the replacement…If that’s the new policy then you should remove the literature around the building that speaks about exchanges. Very frustrating.

Went in to buy a computer because mine broke. I only had 30 minutes to get in and out and the electronics department helped me super fast. They knew just want. I NEEDED for home office. THANK YOU!!!

It's Walmart. The store is what you would expect, but the parking lot is chaotic and falling apart. You'll find what you need and be stronger for having survived the experience.

We just moved to Delaware, Ohio and visited the location a few times. Today we went to return an item around 6:30 pm ( most Walmart customer service closes at 8:00 pm) and an employee told us the customer service staff was out for a break, so we decided to come after shopping. After shopping, we went back to customer service and no body was there. We saw an ad for a furniture assembly and were taking pictures of the ad at the customer service. Then another employee (a lady at the self-check out) approached and said Oh, they are closed (sounds impolite, rude, and unprofessional, then laughing with another lady). I have never encountered that behavior by any Walmart employees yet.

this place has the kentucky original soda called “ale81” which i have already tried recently this month and is already one of my favorite sodas of all time. for this reason alone this place rates high. deducted a star because this is a smaller walmart with less choices for shopping. this place has the personality of a rural store.

This Walmart is by far the worst I've been to. I've lived in Delaware my whole life and wished that they would upgrade this to a supercenter this location never has ANYTHING you need and about 20% of what a normal Walmart grocery section has the employees are a bunch of old women that have 0 clue on how technology works. The card readers in here never work ( yes it is their card readers) I have made purchases at other stores prior and then later had to run to the bank and pull out cash even though there was more than sufficient funds a couple of years ago I went to make a 300$ purchase and I had way more than that in my account it never went through I got embarrassed and the lady said it's because of insufficient funds I went to the ATM pulled out MORE than what I needed to pay for came back and laughed in her face The employees are always ignorant and rude I think I'm just going to have to start going to Marion for my Walmart shopping

Quick and easy shopping trips. Easy self-checkout and pick up in store option. Workers are always friendly and I just found out that they now have reserved parking for patrons that are law enforcement. Not all their products are made in America but the new LE parking gave me more respect for them. Way to go Walmart.

Updated. Been using this pharmacy for the last year and they are the best in the area. Very professional and best service. They will go out of their way for you. …….. also, Stopped in this Walmart auto department recently due to a tire on my car was was going low and it was late in the afternoon. They bent over backwards to help me out. My tire could not be repaired and they put a new tire on which they had in stock. What great service they gave me to get me fixed up and on my way. They were busy but still took care of me. I left happy.
