Would have given zero stars. The manager Sylvia is unprofessional and not knowledgeable in filling propane in RVs 100lb tank to be exact. Even though shes supposedly "certified". She didn't know which adapter to use. Didn't use gloves. Then didn't release the pressure before taking the hose out, and propane was leaking everywhere from my tank. She looks at it dumbfounded. Saying idk how to put the cap back on. My husband had to do it and he got burned from the freezing propane. We then get to our camp site to find out its still leaking propane, as her not releasing the pressure first froze the seal cap. Had to call a fire department to come help us, they even confirmed she messed something up as she's the only one who touched it. I've been a full timer for 3 years now and get propane tank checked every year. As well as propane filled OFTEN. And never once had this issue. I will be reporting her to OSHA as well. Because she's definitely not following OSHA regulations and is a SAFTY HAZZARD to all. She couldn't even take accountability of what she did. Blamed it all on us. And almost didn't refund us our money back. 10 out of 10. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this place for propane!!!

Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and they even remember our names. Very dog friendly too! We bring our pups on occasion and they are showered with praise and treats. Now they get excited when we pull into the Tractor Supply parking lot. Great place to stop for affordable chicken and garden supplies.

I worked at tractor supply for almost a year. I'm a single mother to my child and there were days I had to call off because my child was sick and I didn't have a sitter. What am I supposed to do bring my son to work? Last month my sister passed away and 2 days after it happened rather than asking me how I'm doing at least , I was asked if I was coming into work the next day. When I finally went back to work, the store manager was cold about my loss. That next week I don't normally work on Tuesdays, so I figured I was off the week after the incident . I get a call from my store manager asking me where I was and then telling me I got a write up because I couldn't come in. She also likes to play favorites. She literally let a staff member yell and cuss at another staff member, as well as degrade him at the register In front of customers But she doesn't get in trouble? And another coworker who had 3 no call no shows and called off multiple times didn't get a write up either? But I did because I didn't know that I worked that day and couldn't come in because I was still mourning the loss of my sister? I loved working here until I realized how unprofessional the store manager is. This is not a place I would or will ever work at again.

Bought lawn mower battery on October 3rd 2023 and today is October 18th 2023 it is already bad ran diagnostic machine on it and came back bad brought it back but can't exchange it bc I have no recipe then they said they haven't had a new shipment in months and there was 2 on shelf when I bought it they should not print 6 month free replacement on battery if u have to have a recipe

Visit the store the for the second time in my life today and maybe I was expecting too much but I was very disappointed. When in looking for a specific item and they didn’t have it but offered no assistance in finding another option. They just kept repeating how they had the perfect thing before but it was gone and they had no idea if they would be getting it again or if I could order it online or anything.Waited a long time for someone to help me even though there were three employees there. Prices were ridiculous. I must be missing something because the same dog food that I buy is 40% more there than anywhere else I’ve ever bought it. I also miss the section they used to have that had farm decor and candles and things like that but that just seems to be gone.

Actually, the staff here is quite excellent! They are helpful courteous and prompt. The goods are sometimes cheap, in short supply, limited selection, and priced a bit higher than most places. But because the staff it is a good place to get what you need.They sell propane and at one point made custom hydraulic hoses - but no more. Welding gasses available also however those are almost cost prohibitive. The store remodel is nice. However prices are astronomically high compared to competitors and online so I recommend typically avoiding them.

Great store! Easy to find things because everything is marked. Staff are friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices seem fair. They have an excellent selection of dog food brands. They even had baby chicks!! So cute! Plenty of parking for both cars and trailers, easily seen from RT. 23. Making a left can be tricky depending on the type of day.

Liked the new garden center but seemed like most plants are in the $30 range. Liked the Yellowstone (TV series) t-shirts they carry. Checked prices on Gates & dog food seemed higher priced then other farm stores. Store remodel was great, really liked the new look.

WOW! That's how I would describe the people, service and products at the Tractor Supply in Delaware.I have shopped her many times and have always been treated well like family. I love going shopping here for my Apple Orchard and Property.They keep the store stocked with great pricing and I love their Neighbor Reward Program and their Credit Card Program for larger purchases. We purchased the Toro Titan 60" My Ride. They had it in stock and they had a layaway program that they will hold it for a week until I can get the trailer to pick it up. Check it out! Dr John

Nice place to visit...courteous and friendly lady cashier. Found a dog bed for xl kennel that fit perfect. Reasonably priced. My favorite were the flannel jeans, limited in ladies sizes. Daughter said price was reasonable.

I believe I went there looking specifically for safes they had on sale 2 years ago I bought a safe in same company same type prices are way up. But the stores and I store has everything farming dog food cat food has all the things to work on a farm to run stuff it has a lot of cool stuff. I'm a typical country boy farm boy I like going and a tractor supply company just saying what the have. Occasion actually find things that a need at a decent price

Good selection of products, but women working thete seemed more interested in their own conversation than in helping me. The have no stall mats. Go to Cashman's in Delaware, the have a great selection of stall mats at better prices.

they carry carhartts. The brand of shirts I wear. They also have a good selection of boots and shoes for men. If you work in construction they have other clothing fit for construction workers. Great selection on home and garden items reasonably priced.

Julie was great with us when we bought the Coleman side by side, truly an angel. But this is about Betty. We had a follow up issue with the title (not TSCs fault, more of a title office unrealistic expectation). She went above and beyond anything we ever expected and her manager was amazing for letting her help us. We already love TSC because of the outstanding service people like Julie give us everytime we visit, but Betty made us lifetime loyal customers.

Had a gift card to spend. Not impressed with the average prices on much of their products, mind you that are from China. Just not overly impressed. My suggestion, look elsewhere for a better bargain. Wish I could say more....

Store employees and management have complete disregard for their own company's COVID response policy. No distancing markers, neither employee standing in front of me was wearing thir masks. Regardless of personal opinion if thay is company policy it should be followed and enforced. Manager did not care and was annoyed at me when I kindly mentioned it. Totally inappropriate.

Smaller than other hardware stores, but they really have what you need for the home and farm. Competitive prices and coupons are sent out frequently. My place to go when I need feed, tractor parts, or some nuts, bolts and nails.

We went here a few weeks ago just when they closed. The staff was so friendly and helpful and opened the door for us and waited for us to find what we needed and didn’t rush us at all. That is what you call Customer Service!

We have an AWSOME tsc . everybody there works extremely hard to help you find what you need . and they do it with a smile . I couldn't be as congenial as them pumping propane outside in-5degree snow. I've known Randy for a long time and he is a wealth of helpfulness and knowledge. Thanks for giving Delaware, ohio a great store.Roger Mayes .

Seems like TSC has most of the common parts like belts, blades and tires you might need for the more popular brands of mowers. TSC is the first place I go to get parts for both of my lawn tractors and they usually have what I need.

It's an ok place to shop for some stuff but, usually they do not have what I'm looking for. I end up having to go across town to Lowe's, Rule King or Menards. TSC's selection is very weak.
