Roto Rooter was just excellent to work with! We placed a call and within 45 minutes we had someone at our home to help us navigate and resolve what needed to be done to resolve the water damage in our basement. The inspection was very thorough, very professional and knowledgeable. A few days later they sent a team and installed our sump pump. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable and very respectful our home, placing matting on the floor of where they would be working. We just received EXCELLENT service from start to finish!! Water damage is very scary and the fact that they responded so fast was a true blessing. Thank you Roto Rooter for everything!!!

Seth was incredible! It took longer for him to show up (post-holiday backlog, beyond his control), but the dispatcher kept me updated as to what my new service times should be. When Seth arrived, he was very friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was going to be doing, and how we can prevent future service calls. He even took time to make my dog comfortable with the stranger walking around the house! 100% would recommend!

The technician, Matthew, was wonderful!! He was clean and efficient! I was shocked at the rate of $360 an hour for simple bath fixture instal. I used Roto-Rooter 4 years ago for a previous bathroom remodel. Prices were much more fair then.

The plumber (Taylor # 3212) answering my service call was prompt in reporting to my residence within the appointment time. I appreciate the call he placed prior to arriving to my residence to notify me he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was courteous and listened to my reason for making the service call. He was quick in diagnosing the problem and thorough in his solution to remedy the problem. He listened to my concerns, suggestions, and questions without being dismissive. I felt confident in his work and his professionalism went above my expectations. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family due to this positive service call.

I have used Roto Rooter in the past and have generally been very pleased with their service. However,, over a two day period. I still have a problem with water in my basement and I don’t know if my sewer line is open or not. Therefore I’m not pleased with their service this time, and will be reluctant to call them again

My compliments and satisfaction with both Joshua and Trevor for their fast, courteous, accurate service. Those troubleshooters were on point, asking questions, testing things, and quickly determining next steps. No charge because they didn't need to perform a service! Called them in the morning for slow kitchen sink drain and they were here within a few hours. Before Josh arrived, I gave my shot freeing the slow drain (disposal [inoperable] side) with a couple pots of boiling water and a large rotating nylon bristle brush. It worked! So Josh verified it drained well and even tried to make initial once over the disposal but quickly said he'd have them send over a plumber. Trevor arrived shortly thereafter and quickly determined it was actually the breaker in our panel that was not functioning. He said unfortunately, another trade (electrician) would need to be called. I am still surprised and pleased that there was such quick response and diagnosis and then no charge because they didn't need to perform any work. Thank you, Josh, Trevor, and Roto-Rooter!

Our technician was extremely professional, informative, and honest. He went above and beyond to try to fix a blockage that another technician couldn’t… and even though he also wasn’t able to fix the issue he tried for an extended period of time, with multiple different strategies and provided recommendations for next steps. Since the issue wasn’t fixed there was no cost to us but I would absolutely trust this guy with any future plumbing needs.

After waking up to almost 3 inches of water in our basement the day after Christmas, Joe really helped us out! We have had a lot of power outages but our sump pump has never went out. We tried the breaker and it didn't work for us. Joe came out and knew just what to do to get it back on. He made sure we knew the costs of what might need done before he started. Lucky for us just a little extra push with the sump and it kicked back on. He stayed and made sure it was working well. Thanks again!

The technician was very nice and did a good job. However he quoted me $501 to instal a garbage disposal. When I said no thank you, he lowered it to $343 and said he couldn’t go any lower. He installed the new disposal. It took him 45 minutes. So I paid for nothing but labor at more than $300 per hour. What a sad whorls we live in when a National company operates like that.

We had a clog that we had called another plumber in the area to fix. They said they found it, cleaned it out and charged $470+ dollars. A month later we're still noticing a problem. Called Roto Rooter, they actually found the clog and fixed it for a lot less. The scheduling coordination could have been better, but we did call on a holiday week so some crazy was expected. We're just glad the issue was resolved and they know what they're doing. We'll be calling them again if needed!
