It's okay. Out of stock many times. Just went in for the regular food and was excited about a 15% off. Cashier was unaware so I ended up paying full price. Why was the item advertised in store at 15% off? I have a membership so not sure why they would not honor it.

Great delivery. Had a snag with an order once. Store took care of it immediately. Almost always has a discount code available. Either on sale slips from Kroger or post cards mailed to our house. Great products lots of U.S.A. Brands and grain free products.

Okay dude straight up this is a nice little pet store that has everything I needed. It wss pretty pricey but a few the items I was looking for I couldn't find anywhere else but online and I needed them right then so I paid the extra. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly. I brought my corgi in here with us. They didn't seem to kind which was nice.

My Rough Collie enjoys picking out his favorite treats. Problem is when we get home he hides them. I had an issue with a coupon they had sent me on a post card. I didn’t want to mess with further confusion at the time of the purchase although I did mention it on the survey they sent. The manager on duty went out of her way to rectify the issue so we appreciated that.

Took my Terrier/ Shih Tzu mix pup to be groomed for the first time. He’s a bit high strung so I was nervous he would be an anxious mess, but they kept him calm and happy! I’m so very pleased. The staff were helpful and took their time asking questions about exactly what I wanted, and gave me a discount for being an RN too! impressively quick turnaround for a full service groom! He went from scruffy to dapper happy handsome boy with clear eyes and wagging tail! We will be back for sure!I already shop here for all my pet needs because they will price match any place online. The manager and staff always greet me happily. Thanks so much.

Took the pup to get groomed for the first time. The girl was so great with both dogs! I can't wait to take them back. It was $80 for full groom, nail trim and nail rounding for two dogs. They even left with cute little bandanna.

Been getting my dog groomed here for years. Dawn is the best groomer ever. In fact, I used to live close to this facility but I am now 45 minutes away. I still make the drive so she can continue doing my grooming.

Terrible customer service. They also can’t properly take care of their reptiles so I don’t recommend buying reptiles from them. My friend recently bought a baby ball python from them (only 2-3 months old at most) and they were feeding her full sized rats? She was also very badly dehydrated and was missing scales. I’ve been in from time to time and it seems a lot of their reptiles aren’t properly kept. They also tend to not have stock of a lot of products. Everyone there seems to almost always be in a bad mood and are very rude to customers.

This is a mixed review. I have had my puppy groomed here a couple of times... they do a good job. But... one of the fastest ways to infuriate me is to "nickel and dime".The cost of grooming is certainly not cheap... but it seems because my dog doesn't like being groomed around the head (he is a PUPPY.... I would expect that he doesn't care much for it)... I get hit with a 5-dollar upcharge.It's NOT 5 bucks that infuriates me... minuscule in the larger scope of things on a $70 grooming. It's the nickel and dime thing that would upset me with ANY service.I certainly hope that the $5 was worth it.... because my pup will not be back. I refuse to nickel and dime my own customers (to the point that I have paid charges that would otherwise be reimbursable...because even the resemblance of nickels and dimes is something I never want said about my business)We initially chose this location because of close proximity. Again... I want to emphasize that the grooming was done well. For that we are appreciative. It's the small little things that separate a wonderful experience from a bad one. This seemingly little thing created an experience that I just can't tolerate. I certainly wish the staff there all the best.

I was looking for Pate cat food. I knew Pet Supplies has good variety, price, and stock. Not knowing what Pate was I asked for assistance. The clerk took me to where Pate cat food was and helped me find a good quality at a good price.This is not the first time that I have been helped here. That's why I keep coming back.

Have gotten two Betas from here! They have lived for a year now. They are very active and attentive every time we walk by. The store is an awesome place to buy anything for pets. Very clean and helpful when you ask questions. I definitely give it 5 stars.

Pet supplies plus always has the greatest variety of food and treats, the freshest refrigerated food/treats, and the most excellent freeze dried very healthy treats for my dogs… and they love them! You won’t be disappointed going to the store for sure! If you can’t find it, there is always a friendly and knowledgeable representative to help you!

Over the years our local Pet Smart Supplies Store here in Sunbury has vastly improved in product quality and variety. As well as taken the time to improve their customer service. They also include an excellent pick up service. This store is a safe and reliable environment for you and your pet.

The store is small and clean, and they carry a huge selection of dog and cat foods. Unfortunately, they do not have Instinct cat food in the 3oz cans (but they do have them in 5.5oz cans). I asked at checkout if they could order some 3oz cans, and after a quick back and forth amongst the staff they responded "No, we can't." And that was the end of it. I don't know why they "can't" carry a smaller can size in a brand they already sell, but no means no so I'll have to shop elsewhere.

I won't be going back to get my dog's haircut at $60 a whack. That's ridiculous. All they did was shampooing cut his hair and trim his nails and they didn't do a good job at that either.

This store is very personable. Every time I-walk in, I am greeted like a personal friend or when shopping the manager will take the time to say hello, and I can tell it’s genuine, that he truly appreciates my business. He always has time to answer questions my son might have about his turtle or gecko. And they are reasonably priced. I wish there were more stores in Delaware, Ohio with the same customer service habits for sure!
