Love this pet store!!! Owner is awesome and always extremely helpful! He helped me find a new healthy choice for my dogs! He has ordered the current food they are on because he didn’t normally have their kind. Now it’s there waiting on me every time! I won’t go any where else for my dogs food and treats!

Awesome place ! I Love dog friendly stores. You can find just about anything from soup to nuts. The doggy self wash is the cutest thing.I was there on a Sunday the place was hopping. Staff was ultra friendly and very helpful. For me the only downfall was its a little pricey but on the other hand in this world you get what you pay for. My fur baby is worth that and so much more !Thanks for a great experience !

Love that they are so close to the house. Always SUPER nice and helpful when I go in and have everything I need for my pups. Pricing is always great! I'm 9 months pregnant and due any day now - realized my pup was just about out of food. They are now offering delivery and curbside, it was so helpful to have free delivery with my order trying to stay home, unable to carry the food and not having to worry about going into labor with my pup not having food. I definitely love, support and recommend them for any of you're pup needs!Also a perk is the friendly pups I get to enjoy when going in!

Great selection of toys for aggressive chewers, also good healthy treats that you don't normally find with whitefish, duck and venison as the primary ingredient. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to their credit card reader at the counter. Second time I've been there since December where the reader would flat out not read my Visa card, chip reader or swipe. I know there were no problems with the card since I used it for gas prior to and food immediately following. It was fortunate that I had cash with me, because I normally don't carry any.

Very rude owner. He was very upset that my puppy had an accident in the store (it’s a pet store? Dogs have accidents- it happens). I understand that it’s frustrating, I used to work at a few pet stores myself. But we were never rude to our customers for this. We would offer to clean up the accident and help the customer in anyway we could. If a dog peed on something we would take care of it by sanitizing the items. I get that some items cannot be sanitized. But still. There was no reason to be so rude. He threatened to make me pay for everything my dog peed on claimed that he wasn’t going to pay “thousands of dollars because dogs wants to pee”. If that’s the attitude you have then you really should not allow animals in your store period. Because dogs have accidents (I would know because I cleaned up many in my time working at pet stores). To be clear- It’s not him saying I had to pay for the items that upset me, it was the attitude the owner had about this whole situation that was unprofessional. I would’ve gladly stayed to pay for the items my dog peed on had I not felt so uncomfortable. But because I felt uncomfortable I left immediately and I will not be back. Clearly my business was not wanted. There was a better way to handle the situation than to get that upset with me and be rude. I understand it’s frustrating. But this was handled very unprofessionally.

My boyfriend & I love this place. Really glad we learned about it & the people who work here. From day one bringing our rescue in for a bath & not having much knowledge about foods or product, we have always been helped above & beyond. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the care & time we've been given for our dog. You can tell that the team is very well educated on animals/breeds/product & genuinely cares about their well being. HIGHLY recommend.

Love this place. My wife and I bring our dog to get a bath here using the self-wash services. This store has many things for pets. We always buy our dog a treat after the bath at a discounted price for using the bathing services. We definitely recommend this place to everyone for their pet needs. Excellent customer service and awesome varieties of products.

The dog bathing area is great. The staff is always nice and the selection is pretty good. I like having a pet supply place close to home and we walk the dogs there. The biggest drawback is the prices. Food and other supplies are more than most other places I've checked.

Great little pet store outside of Delaware. I had go pick up food for the dogs, there is a huge selection of food. Luckily for me we are part of the rewards program. The staff was able to look up the specific food my wife bought last time and kept me out of the doghouse.

I have tried this place twice as opposed to driving to Westerville. Both times I felt as I was really putting the staff out by wanting to check out. Today a girl was playing with ferrets and was super frustrated I needed to check out. I didn’t notice the sign that said use the pen on the debit card machine. The cashier said, “it says use the pen in the sign. The staff in Westerville remember my dogs name, it is worth the drive for sure.

Any question I've ever had, the store manager has always answered to the best of his knowledge, and/or lead me in the direction to find the answers. I've shopped here for my dogs (chihuahua, Pitt, and cane corso) as well as all of my cats. I would highly recommend this business.

I only feed my dogs Orijen 6 fish formula. I want to purchase the 14 pound bag but unfortunately I have had to purchase the 4 pound bag several times which has worked out to be significantly more expensive per pound because they are out of stock of the 14 pound bag and the person on staff always tells me they are expecting a shipment in a few days but when I come back it has still not arrived....they have a loyalty program and I would rather support local small businesses, however I feel at this point it's not worth my money or inconvenience and I will probably purchase online in the future from whoever carries it.
