Every time I place a pick up order, there are items (gluten free items and almond or coconut milk most often) that are sold out when my order is picked up. These items are there when I order... Often times there is not even a replacement item that would work. Please order more of what you SEE is flying off the shelves!At this point, I may switch my orders to the Lewis Center Kroger or Meijer if this keeps up. It's not a convenience if I have to run to another store for additional items you seem to regularly run out of.I appreciate this service, but would like to see these problems corrected.

This Kroger has gotten so bad in the last few years. There is consistently long lines to check out and seems like lots of staff just standing around watching customers feeling very rushed to check themselves out. Staff need to choose better times to restock items and pull online orders because there is not enough room in the store. I just feel that this Kroger can’t accommodate a growing Delaware and for the amount of money I spend there I shouldn’t have to scan and bag my own groceries

Everytime I do my shopping for the month and go to check out this one cashier comments how she wishes she could feed her family like this and how long does this last me and just overall has a horrible attitude. I freeze everything I can and make everything I can from scratch. It ends up being 120 a week for 4 people which I don't think is an extreme amount for 2 children and two adults others might disagree. I understand inflation is horrible and people are struggling but everytime I get that one cashier. It's honestly embarrassing and makes me feel bad but What am I supposed to do though not feed my family.

Frustrating today at self checkout. 2 items did not ring up with the reduced prices on shelves. When I asked for assistance, I was informed that those were for digital coupons only & I needed to have the Kroger ap on my phone. I told her I do have the ap, & showed it to her, then she said I did not have Kroger wifi on. Good Lord. So I did get the reduced prices, but I had no idea they were for "digital coupons" only. Buyer beware.

1 Because I can’t give zero. If you’re going to make me check myself out can you at least have someone directing traffic so there are actual lines? Also, I appreciate the baggers but would also appreciate if all of my stuff made it into a bag so that I didn’t have to make, yet another trip, to stand in line again and fix the mistake. Do better.

Lots of clutter in front of store causing aisle congestion. Honestly, this is a problem at EVERY Kroger ALL THE TIME.Body Armors stocked in the Monster energy drink shelf positions. SO, not only do they not have Monster energy drink…but you also get to walk around the store over and over thinking you’re going crazy because you can’t find the Monster AND you don’t see an out on the shelf.Store in general is messy. It’s only 10am too so it’s not like the store has had an entire day of shopping to become a mess.Shopping carts are not properly stocked in the store. No mini carts available at all and big carts pretty low as well.At least I didn’t get run over by a curbside order picker this time! That’s one positive!

This is my daily and weekly grocery store it’s just next home. This store has the basics, good products but I wish it has variety of groceries like the kroger market place, also customers service in western union desk the personnel should be fully trained especially sending money to other countries when the customers mention I want it in the local currency it should be like that not just saying USD it’s fine and I’m explaining why it’s not fine:1). Many countries do not have large amounts of USD in the pick up area and what happens is the receivers may pay more for services or have to wait a little longer as a week or more to get the money.Now why I like this store:1). Has a clinic.2). Pharmacy.3). Bakery.Basically the basics that you need.That’s why we are rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We were going to rate it ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but we have to be fare, customer service catchiers etc. they do a good job, about the western union it’s all about communication and a bit of training however they where friendly and happy to help.

I want to give a shout out to Peggy in the Floral department. I was in on July 1st to get flowers and a balloon bouquet and she waited on me. Peggy was very personable and sweet. She did a fantastic job creating a lovely bouquet with a dozen balloons. Peggy shared with me that her day hadn't gotten started off well due to an unhappy customer. We talked about how so many people now a days are so negative when we have so many things to be thankful for. Peggy and her positivity were a bright spot in my day. I hope to remember that people in the service industry are getting the short end of so many peoples bad day, lets all do a better job and change that!

Standard Kroger, Nice Starbucks area by the deli selection. Seemed to be well stocked. My only real issues I wasn’t able to get online via Wi-Fi or carrier to use the app. I have Spectrum mobile for ref.

This location has gone down hill in the last year. Employees don't seem willing to help and have poor customer service skills. Eating out on the floor in front of people. Then today was the last straw. I was at one of the new self checkout with the belts. Checking out and one item left to check out. Got a message that it needed an attendant. So I waited. Self check out attendant was looking at screen and then just went and helped multiple other people. 5 different employees looked at me and didn't do anything. So I walked out.

I went to the self checkout line today. My last item was inadvertently rung up twice. I asked for assistance, "excuse me, could you help me?" The girl walked by me, absolutely ignoring me. After she helped another customer, she went back to the her corner, passing me again. Now she began to text, or play an online game. I again, this time a bit louder, said, "excuse me". She looked up, not establishing eye contact before looking back at her phone. I left all my groceries and will never return to that Krogers.

We had no issues whatsoever. We got right in the self check-out without waiting. The attendant was nice and gave my kids stickers, with a smile.

It's a tragedy what Kroger has done to their customers. I have to drive across town to come to this Kroger instead of our normal Kroger because our normal one has gone 100% self checkout. You have to wait a moment after you scan something before you scan the next item, it's annoying as hell. This one still has cashiers, but I think we're paying extra for it... Just a suspicion.

I went in Saturday morning at 9:30 am September 23. The bakery and Deli were both closed . The bakery area was not stocked , shelves were empty and disorganized and dirty. I assume employees were not available. This is terrible for a Saturday morning.

Thank God, for Mark!! He works in the "you scan" area of the store. He is a wonderful employee, he is polite, helpful and extremely efficient. I have needed help with digital coupons countless times. He has always been so helpful to "fix" my errors. I'm truly grateful for him, hopefully Krogers is as well! The customer service counter at this location is also very good. Thank you!

The workers here are GREAT...I have to start with that because I continually TRY to make this my home store but there are too many things that they are always out of. I use the insta cart and pick up my groceries about half of the time. Between the missing (out of stock items), rotten produce (I have to go back and have them replaced), wrong items...I have decided once again to stop using this as my "go to" store. If you are trying to shop their ads for the sale items, be prepared for them not to have your items.

Employees @ Hauk Rd. are always helpful and friendly. Clean store and items usually in stock. My only complaint is that after dark, many of their parking lot lights aren't on or working and don't feel safe. Please fix your lights.

I would've given 0 stars but it won't offer a comment section without a star. I reluctantly give 1.After stopping in for a few groceries today I wish I'd have driven out of my way to go to the Kroger store on US 23! It's much smaller & may not carry everything the Houk Rd store but the smaller store is a much better experience all around there's ALWAYS a disabled electric cart available.More than half the carts at the Houk Rd store weren't functional even though they said they were ready to go.Today's the 1st time I pushed a regular cart through the entire store after having a hip replacement. I was by no means ready.I'll make a point to never choose this store to shop at again,and spread the word to everyone I know.Maybe if Kroger had more employees to help the actual shoppers that visit the store instead of using them to shop for pickup orders it wouldn't be so bad. I don't know...but one would think Kroger would have it figured out by now. It's not the employees fault...it's Kroger the company!

Nothing in stock you need ever. Gas station closes early. Can't believe that corporate would let this store be run the way it has been for the last year. Go to Lewis Center or Polaris you'll find what you need and it's cleaner. Very disappointed in this Kroger's!!

Usually love this Kroger! The last 4 or 5 times I've been, in the past month or so, everything is always out of stock! Which I know has more to do with people's buying habits than the job this Kroger and their staff are doing. Everyone is always friendly and helpful for the most part!

The recent change of closing at 10pm has made this the most annoying place to shop.Made multiple trips now only to realize upon arrival that they are closed. Every time there are multiple cars in the lot also realizing they're closed. Move the time to at least 11-11:30pOld review - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:Great place for shopping. Also check out their new "Click List" feature. It's great and makes getting groceries a breeze!Recently remodeled now too.

I’m not sure what others are talking about when they say this store is well stocked, probably the worse stocked Kroger I’ve ever shopped at (unless you’re in the toy aisle) Very friendly staff though, especially he deli.

Visited this Kroger on Houk road for the first time to get our booster shot. We usually visit either the Kroger on US23 next to Walmart or the one in Lewis Center.This Kroger felt much cleaner, larger, spaced out and bigger aisles compared to the other two.The pharmacy staff was also excellent. The head pharmacist who administered the shots was very nice!
