A quick shout out to two exceptional employees at this Big Lots location. I called this store from out of state to inquire about a recliner chair purchase for a relative living in the area. The friendly Brenda answered the phone and patiently listened as I explained what I needed. She directed me to the very helpful sales representative Clay who went above and beyond to answer any and all of my questions about different chairs. He had such a pleasant attitude and it was obvious, he cares about the customers. Such outstanding representatives of the store should be appreciated and rewarded! Thanks for having such great employees....they give the store a great reputation! 5 *****

Okay dude straight up I was shocked by how nice this Big Lots was. It's legitimately the best looking big lots I've ever been too. It was super clean on the inside and and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here especially if you're looking for furniture

I was shocked to find out they are no longer a variety store and are mainly only a furniture store. I liked the variety store better. Seems their prices are much higher also.

I really love the new style of this location and the selection it has to offer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Not excited that the new store is 80% home decor and spread out way too much. Looks of new store has a cheap look with average to higher prices. Guess I have to drive to Westerville for my normal items which they don't carry anymore. Sad for the college students too that walked to and shopped the store

Since they switched over to almost all furniture it's a waste of time to even go inFor what price they have on their furniture I can do better elsewhere.

I shop at big lots 2 to 3 times a week, mainly for food items and paper products....when this big lots becomes big lots home, I will no longer shop their. I think it's a giant mistake to make this change

I was happy to find distilled water! I'd been to a couple different places and this was the first place that's had it. And reasonably priced too!

Big Lots is a place where you can find some good deals but they sometimes don't have things in stock that you would expect them to have. I like going when they have their 20% off weekends several times a year. There's plenty of parking and I think the store is pretty easy to navigate and laid out well, but sometimes the restrooms are not super clean.

The checkout system is sloooow, but the clerks are kind. It is very new & clean. Lots of gray & brown sofas. Good prices on small area rugs. Got good deals on LED Xmas lights in late November.

Getting rid of the food and turning it into a furniture shop, is gonna blow big time. We need food retail, not cheap furniture.

Most of the store was well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large clay pots were perhaps not safely stacked for customer access however--could be hazardous. Ladies bathroom needs serious cleaning floor to ceiling.

The staff was amazing in the time of need! We needed a lunchbox for my son and due to them being out of season, they were not out on the shelf. The staff did not hesitate and went to the back storage and opened up a box of lunchboxes. My son was so excited!!! Thank you!!!

I love shopping here. I am a wheelchair user and the staff is always very helpful and willing to take the time to help me get what I need. They also take time to pack my groceries carefully so they aren't too heavy for me to carry. I appreciate that!

The staff was extremely friendly. Since I was leaving at closing, one individual even helped carry my bags to the car. They went the extra mile and so glad I stopped at this location!

Love this place, the offerings that they have, the savings on food products also. And the help customer service personnel the very friendly and know exactly where everything is.

Brand new location in delaware, OH. Probably the best laid out I've ever seen a Big Lots, but it's new so the blush is still on the rose. This location is very focused on furniture... Chairs and beds/mattresses.

Sale signs for the wrong products.. said" I can't believe it's in the wrong place!!" Believe this I will never go back. Not my job to make sure the signs are where they belong, then call me a lier!!!!
